Vehicle in for MOT and Aircon Re-gass
I booked my vehicle in for an Aircon re-gas and MOT recently. This was booked well in advance as I had requested a courtesy car. The vehicle was dropped off early in the morning and I was told the last collection time was 17:45. I had not received any communication during the day and following the progress on the online system, it still showed as car waiting to go into the workshop by 16:00. As it takes me 45 mins to get to the dealership during rush hour, I decided to drive to the dealership for 17:30 just before the cut off. I received the health check video at 17:00pm and arrived at the dealership shortly after. I waited until 17:50 when the vehicle was finally released to me. I asked to confirm the vehicle had been MOT'd, which took around 10 extra mins to check before being told the vehicle had passed its MOT. I then received a call the following day to say the MOT had in fact not been carried out and although they had tried, the emissions software wasn't working (vehicle is electric). Giving the benefit of the doubt, I booked the vehicle back in for a re-MOT the following week as a waiting appointment. From my understanding an MOT takes around an hour, plus some time for moving the cars around etc which I understand. After handing over the keys at 10:50 (appointment was 10:55) I waited patiently. Health check video received at 12:34. The waiting appointment took around 3 hours before the keys were handed back to me ready to depart. During both visits the reception staff were excellent, very attentive and well mannered. I believe this could have been handled better and expectations managed better.

Very professional and timely service
My car was in for a routine oil change as a waiting appointment which along with a clean was carried out in a timely manner. The waiting area is very comfortable with coffee available. I was kept informed of the progress of the service via the app. Staff very professional and friendly.

All of the staff were warm, helpful and polite.
Cameron helped me navigate my new car purchase with ease, all my questions answered and no pushiness or assuming I wasn't the decision maker (which has happened before).

Heather and a Great Nottingham Saudi Team
Heather was great with the Audi Tram at Nottingham.
In my desperation to sort out the many issues I was having with my RSQ8 and the Derby Audi dealership denying there were problem, including a well known alternator issue.
Heather and the Team at Nottingham got everything sorted for me.
Their determination to sort things out 100% to give me my car back working was a complete contracts to the Derby branches excuse after excuse and unwillingness to find the root cause. Derby even missed a spilt inlet pipe which the Nottigham engineers spotted immediately.
I have my RSQ8 back working and I have my smile back as well.
My thanks again to Heather and Nottingham Audi. I will not be going anywhere else for a true service !!
