Dispite the delay in getting our new Mini due to build delays not the dealership we were kept up to date on all aspect of what was happening and when we actually got to pick it up the service was second to none. The rep Mr Brown was great and showed us everything. Brilliant service and would recommend.

Absolutely great customer service from Sam, Jessica and Kate - I am in love with my new Cooper S and over the moon with how quick it came! Really listened to us and was flexible with what we wanted. Good coffee machine too which makes it even more worth it :)

Brilliant service from the team at Sytner Mini Coventry - right through from going over my options to ordering and then collecting my new mini the customer service was exceptional - finance staff were non pressurising and were able to outline options clearly and the sales team - Chris and Cheryl were fabulous - friendly approachable and gave me regular updates throughout - Cheryl particularly very bubbly and full of energy and both of them very professional and clearly experienced - I have been using the same dealership over the past 10 years and the service I have received in this time from sales finance and the service team has always been 5 star however somehow they keep getting better - thank you Chris and Cheryl xx

From our first enquiry we dealt with Harry Balderson he dealt with us very professionally and sent us a walk through video of the car we were interested in.
We visited the Coventry Mini dealership where we met Harry and he continued to be very professional at all times , the process was very smooth and we were very satisfied with his service.

Found a stock new Mini Countryman available now. Prompt call back. Was dealing primarily with Omari who gave excellent customer service. He called regularly to update on situation, what was needed, and handover of vehicle on the day.
No problems - bought and drove home all in less than a week!

Buying a new mini.
I went in to Mini Sytner having booked a test drive. The process was made very easy and enjoyable and encouraged me to look at buying a new car. The sales team, advisers and managers were helpful and enthusiastic and made me feel very positive, going the extra mile to find suitable cars. They were very supportive and informative throughout, always available but not overly ‘pushy’
I traded in a car and felt I got a reasonable deal
The follow up support has also been brilliant. I would definitely recommend Sytner mini Coventry

From finding the car online on the Sunday to taking delivery of it on the Friday, including a part exchange, was all surprisingly easy. The sales team at Mini were excellent; answering questions promptly and communicating information clearly.

I just wanted to say that I was really taken aback by the level of service I had when I got my car for Mini Coventry
Matt Hood dealt with me from my initial enquiry and was really helpful when it came down to me making my final decision
We drove from London to pick up the car and everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful
then after I got the car Matt really helped me with sorting out final bits and sent me across helpful videos.
In short I think the team at Coventry are nice and friendly and Matt was excellent I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends looking to purchase a mini . Thanks Matt
