I recently took my car to Sytner BMW Harlod Wood for a recall, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

From start to finish, I was looked after by Besnik, who was absolutely amazing. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my car.

During the visit, Besnik also recommended that I have the brake discs and pads replaced, which I decided to go ahead with. I really appreciated his honest recommendation and the way he took the time to explain why it was needed.

The whole experience was smooth, professional and hassle-free. A big thank you to Besnik for his excellent customer service — he’s a real credit to Sytner BMW. I would definitely recommend them and will happily return in the future.

Unfortunately a very poor experience with the service department. Despite emails, calls and contacts I had to go to BMW direct to get things resolved and then finally a formal complaint. Delays in overall service and rather poor customer care on this occasion. Still didn’t even get an apology!! Pretty awful all round customer service wise

HW is the best BMW Service centre in the area where I always receive 1st class service.
Alana the service advisor is always efficient, professional and very personable.

Been purchasing BMW's for several years and this is the first time I have purchased from Sytner Harold Wood and I can honestly say the experience and service received was next to none. This service was reflected from first contact from Reception through the Sales team all were excellent and very personable.
Post purchase had follow up call enquiring whether I had any questions etc. All very professional and much appreciated. I could not recommend the dealership more highly.

I have been taking my car for ALL it's service & upgrade requirements for about eight years now never had any issues to date, helpful and generally efficient!

Service was great for MOT. Not happy that they failed to reset the service reminder and it keeps coming up on the dashboard

I wasn’t happy with the inconvenience of leaving my car there because updates didn’t work properly it caused me some stress . The receptionist is always so efficient and polite and Charlie was excellent he kept me updated well

The whole process was managed well and any questions I had were answered fully and quickly. Communication was prompt, and all members of the team were friendly and personable.

Came in for a 90 minute fast lane service and was waiting for 2hours and 20 minutes, if you can’t keep to your claims why offer it. For over 400 pounds to get a oil service and micro filter change pretty poor was not kept up to date on what was happening until I asked, to be told it’s coming out now but still waited for another 15 minutes. The thing is I could get this service competed for nearly half the price and quicker . I gave this group another chance to see if the service improved but it hasn’t. I brought my other mini a John cooper works f57 to them and had a lot of service issues from MOTs and brakes with issues after. Since then I took this car to someone else who deals with minis and has been serviced and had pads changed in the past few weeks with better response times and better customer service.
The prices mini charges are just over priced but as a customer we are trapped. Won’t be using this group again.
