I worked with Oliver to set up a surprise purchase for my wife. Oliver’s sales approach was sympathetic, knowledgeable and accommodating. Having worked out the details of the deal, Oliver then helped me to deliver the car to my wife with great tact. He also held back the completion of the paperwork till the last minute as was was was the owner of the vehicle. All round, it was a 5 star performance from the team at Sytner Mini.

I went there I brought the parts asked them to replace for me . They give me quotes I accept it next day they called me sorry we make mistakes quote has to increase.
Then again next day I pop in they said we don’t have tools to do the work for you . I wasted 1 weeks waiting .
Is this really BMW or people just don’t care if you spend money .
I was about to buy brand new BMW but really now this make me thinking 🤔.

The service began very strong with an attentive salesman who was proactive in helping me get the best price and promised a smooth, low‑stress delivery to Scotland, something I needed as a busy healthcare professional.
However, once I reserved the car, the buying process became extremely difficult. I spent an entire day chasing updates just to arrange delivery and had to rearrange my working week to accommodate their schedule. I was also contacted repeatedly about finance and insurance despite clearly stating I wasn’t using dealership finance and lived in Scotland.
The car finally arrived in disappointing condition: not properly valeted, no handover, a three hour delay in ownership being transfered and only one key fob provided. I still cannot set up the digital key because I was not given the second fob or the setup card. After a week of badgering I was finally sent a set up card... for the wrong car!
I was then offered excuses and weak apologies before being told that Mini will send out a replacement card. No timescale on when.
Overall, the process has been stressful, time-consuming and deeply disappointing.
If I lived closer I would return the car in a heartbeat as this dealership has broken promises and made me doubt my car's quality. I have no faith in their professionalism should something else go wrong, so I am seriously considering the risk of keeping a car I initially loved but now resent!

Bought a brand new mini which I waited 4 months to collect only to drive it home and find out the car had body work damage they offered to repair the damage a month later after mini uk had inspected the car the service I received from Synter mini and mini uk was very poor not even any compensation for the inconvenience of having to take the car back 3 times and selling me a car that was not in new condition to be sold in the end I had to sell the car as the damage would happen again when I opened the bonnet I will not be using Synter Romford or Mini uk ever again

All information and negotiation regarding the car and financing was explained clearly and the appointment felt completely unhurried which left me feeling confident about any decisions made and with no pressure to make any immediate commitment . The sales person we dealt with, sorry can’t remember his name, was extremely helpful and we transferred a £500 refundable holding deposit on the car for 48 hours on the 14th February. Unfortunately we decided it wasn’t the car for us and requested a refund on the 16th which we were told would be back in our bank account within 3-5 working days. On the 25th February still no refund. I phoned Sytner Harold Wood seven times each time being told I would receive a call back but nothing happened. On my eighth call I spoke to Faye Pemberton who informed me that I would need to email them the account details to which the refund was to be made before a transaction could be completed, at no time were we told this. Had I not called this money would still be sitting in their account. Thank you Faye just wish everyone else had been more helpful.

I always return to sytner mini Harold Wood, always get great service. People are all helpful friendly and I never feel rushed or pressured. Always receive update calls and respond quickly if you email a question.
Special mention for Oliver who was great. Spent time showing me over car on collection and a follow up email also.
