I placed my order in June with an estimated delivery date of 29th September, and the car was actually available for me to collect on 24th September. In the year 2021, when there's been so much disruption to car manufacturing, I'm very happy with that. (And there was enough fuel in the tank to get me home, 100 miles away, so didn't need to try and find a petrol station with fuel for sale)
Everything about the car is right, so very pleased.

Professional service from the start. Clayton left a staff meeting when he saw me admiring a car in the showroom. I was there for no more than 3 minutes, but he took my details. That same day I received a video from Clayton detailing the features of the car. He was informative and courteous.
My meeting with Zubin was good, he gave me all the financial options, as too was the manager.
All 3 members of staff were easy to talk to, professional without the overbearing sales pitch and patient in their negotiations.
Aftersales communication has been good too.
I will most definitely return to the dealership in the future, they were a pleasure to do business with.
