Poor wash & vac - swirls
All well except for the complimentary wash & Vac service. Car came back with obvious "swirls" which I had to subsequently polish out.. Never had this before as always home washed & polished.
Thought would be ok to trust BMW - sadly not. will not use again.

I asked the person what was dealing with my car to reset the service light but they did not do that I’m very disappointed in the services. They were not very welcoming at all when I was being seen to.

Excellent service!
Rebecca called me to arrange inspection and repair under warranty. She arranged for my car to be collected and returned later that day. The fault was repaired and the car washed and returned. Excellent service and all sorted out for me. Well done Rebecca and Sytner Mini!

Customer interaction from Sarj for both my wife and I was first class and anything we needed to know about the car we purchased was never a problem.
We had a very good experience from when we initially spoke to Sarj to when we reviewed and collected the car.

An amazing experience
I turned up at the garage out of desperation, as I really was in a bit of a predicament and I fully expected everyone to be too busy to properly attend to my issue. How wrong I was! From the moment I went in to the showroom, Rebecca could not have been more helpful. She was able to get a technician, John, to help me and he resolved the issue within minutes, but as the fix was only short term, it was quite urgent that a permanent fix was needed. Rebecca managed to get me booked in for the following day where the car was fixed, along with other newly discovered repairs, serviced and MOTD.
Admittedly, it did cost a few quid, but there was alot to be done.
One other thing I feel I must add;
I was in that showroom, doing my own work, from 8.30am to 3.30pm and felt like I was almost a fly on the wall - in that I was able to watch how the staff were with customers and when the showroom was empty. I have to say that everyone seemed friendly, professional, helpful, smiley and approachable. It really was a pleasure to see. I can thoroughly recommend this garage/showroom and will ensure I will be back there again whenever I need something for my car. Thanks once again `Rebecca , John and everyone who helped sort my car.

90 minute MOT slot, but didn't even look at it in that time!
I booked a 90 minute waiting MOT slot. However, they hadn't even looked at my car by the time the 90 minute slot was up. However, they then offered me a courtesy car so I could get back to work and even arranged for my car to be returned to me and the courtesy car to be collected later in the day. I think the lack of communication when they knew they weren't going to make the 90 minutes was poor and they could have offered me the courtesy car when I arrived rather than waiting until the full 90 minutes was up. But to be fair to them, they did eventually put it right.

Will not be returning
I will not be giving them another chance. I went in there a few years ago to purchase a BMW with cash. As my face didn’t fit the ‘bmw picture’ they basically told me I couldn’t afford a car with the cash I had. Bear in mind, I was happy to put a deposit down and continue with finance.
I then returned a few weeks ago to look at the BMW 220I that I had in mind. Isabelle was knowledgable, polite and kind and I had an appointment booked to test drive and discuss. Due to a walk in, she was no longer able to serve me, which was fair as I understand how business works and she explained in the waiting room. I was then passed onto someone else which I was happy with, went for a test drive. We discussed about what my options were and was told he would get back to me in regards to the valuation of my part exchange. It has now been a week and I emailed the guy to get an update and I have been totally ignored. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent service from Graham Cairns. He looks after us when there is any issue with our BMW. He is exceptional, very friendly, and professional. Good communication. No integrity??? Not sure
I have an ongoing frequent intermittent fault with my car that is still under warranty and Sytner are telling me that there is no fault and are not pursuing it any further. I have photos of these issues and the message telling me that features are permanently restricted but they must think I am imagining things. The overtaking orange wing mirror light, speed recognition, self driving features are all affected and the sat nav wont load during these episodes. They tell me it might be the sun!!!
