Fantastic used M5 Sytner Newport
Picked up my fabulous BMW M5 today from Sytner Newport hands down the best used car and handover from Alun Richard’s I have ever had. From sending me all the details of the car, to picking me up from the train station, to making sure I understood the car in every aspect along with setting up my phones.
And finally sending me on my way with a drink and a sandwich true gentleman definitely would buy from him again 10++ Thanks again Mark 👍👍

Brilliant from start to finish
Really pleased with the quality of service I recieved when I booked my Mini in to have an engine warning light checked, and the MOT done. When I booked a courtesy car, Paul was kind enough to sit in with me whilst we took it for a quick spin around the block (so I could get used to it) and he kept me updated on the progress of my Mini whilst it was being worked on. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with how everything was handled, and I will be bringing my Mini back for future servicing needs.

I recently purchased another BMW from Sytner Newport and had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth Jarman and Alun Poppin. From start to finish, Gareth and Alun were incredibly professional, courteous and genuinely keen to help with any questions or concerns I had.
Both made the whole process of changing my car feel simple, straightforward and thoroughly enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt I was in safe and capable hands.
The level of customer service Gareth provided was absolutely amazing, and he is a real credit to Sytner Newport. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I’m extremely happy with my new BMW and, thanks to Gareth, I know I’ll never go anywhere else when it’s time to change my car again.

Sophie had arranged the booking for the MOT and break fluid change which was within 48 hours of the initial telephone call, also kept update of progress while in the workshop. Car cleaned and returned within 2.5 hours of dropping off. First class service by all staff at Sytner Newport.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience in my first service since buying my car. A couple of hidden charges soured it a little and the demand of the customer service rep to not score him less than 9 on the feedback was not impressive. Otherwise, all good.
