Your staff are always efficient and amiable.
You know your stuff as far as BMW's are concerned.
You are not cheap but you are certainly not as expensive as some at your end of the market.
I will continue to use you and would use you for my wife's car but you do not servive VW.

I recently had the brake fluid changed on my BMW 1 series at Sytner BMW, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, courteous, and made the entire process straightforward and hassle-free.
What really stood out was the online video health check. Being kept informed throughout the service with a clear video report gave me complete confidence in the work being carried out and demonstrated a high level of transparency. It was reassuring to see exactly what had been inspected and to receive explanations in a clear and professional manner.
The dealership’s attention to detail, excellent communication, and commitment to customer service were first class. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely values keeping customers informed throughout the servicing process.
