Great Service
All members of staff not just the ones I dealt with (Nikki Hargreaves and Laura Marshall) were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Every time I called in or telephoned I got the answer I needed. Will definitely get my next mini there!!

Second time buying a mini from this group. Great experience first time round and on this occasion same positive experience with the purchasing process. From this step to collection of the car, poor communication and zero customer service. Left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Mini!! There is nothing little about their big hearts and customer service.
Due to the ULEZ coming in where I work I was devastated to have to get rid of my very much loved mini, not knowing what I could afford or how to go about it all, I popped along to Sytner Mini, I was looked after by George Eales initially and then Charlie in relation to the finance, as I went into the show room I saw my absolute dream of a car outside, brand new!! This was something that I really didn’t think I would ever be able to afford, I jokingly mentioned this car when George was asking me what I was looking for, the next minute I know they are coming up with the most fantastic deal, so the next hurdle was getting the finance, having been a single parent for over two decades I wasn’t sure this was going to be a possibility especially on a teacher wage, this is where Charlie stepped in and went through the finance. I was very honest and explained it may be something I can’t achieve and they were so kind, completely understood my situation and said it’s fine if it doesn’t go through we can discuss other options. So while we are then talking about other bits Charlie casually says ‘Yep that’s gone through’ at this point I had to take myself out of the showroom, as a few tears were falling, I’m a bit of a petrol head and to have a brand new car that only I have owned is an absolute dream but to be served with such kindness and support and they knew what it meant to me and not forgetting the amazing hot chocolate too!! Lol anyway then the day came to collect the car, I went along but couldn’t see it, not only had they hidden it in the show room they had also filled it with goodies. I can not recommend this company highly enough so kind, so supportive and it was never about the deal they showed me it was about the quality of service for the person, to be honest I didn’t think car salesmen existed like this anymore, no disrespect meant. They are an absolute credit to the company, the team and most of all everything that Mini is about. Fun, kindness and one of a kind. You may wonder why there has been a delay in posting this, I did a video for them to say thank you. Couldn’t upload that here, also being a teacher I have soooo much to do that it kept being put on the list, so apologies gents and thank you once again for making it such an amazing and smooth experience from the moment I stepped through your doors to then driving away in it.

I received first-class customer service from Kate Humphrey. Kate looked after me from start to finish and went to a lot of trouble to ensure that my Mini experience was extra special and memorable. Safe to say it was, and I happily drove away my brand new JCW 3-door Hatch on 1st March.

I paid a deposit on a car with 11350…
I paid a deposit on a car with 11350 mileage, it took over 3 weeks before I was able to pick it up. When I asked the current mileage I was told it was 14900. I was shocked at the increase. I was told it was a being used as a demo in Sheffield & I was expecting an increase from original listing, a few hundred miles or 1k at most. When I actually got in car it was 15150 miles. I queried this and manager said, you were told it was a demo. I said I did expect increase but not 4K. Manager then said original listing must have had incorrect mileage details. I asked if I could have a reduction in price as car had a third more mileage than advertised but told not possible. I’ve emailed regional manager but no reply. I wanted buying a car to be a happy experience but I’m really disappointed with service and treatment by the manager. The mileage of a car impacts value and is vastly different from what was expected. The pick up date was scheduled for Tuesday previous week but told there was a delay, was then supposed to be 10am on 22/11 but another delay until 3:30pm. I’ve no idea why the delays as they wouldn’t explain why. It made it difficult for me to bring a friend and meant I was alone at pick up and felt bullied by manager.
