Looking at the price it feels excessive compared to independent garages. I know it will be more expensive as it is supposed to be better parts and service. Disappointing not to be offered a drink until 90 minutes of sitting there.

After using Coventry for a few years, the staff seemed to of changed a lot and I wasn’t made to feel as welcome as I used to be, so I made my way to Tamworth Sytner where I was instantly met with an improved level of warmth and professionalism!

Mir and Megan delivered on every level, being very patient with a number of changes on my behalf whilst building my car on the configurator. Nothing was too much trouble, they had plenty of experience and knowledge to answer any questions we had and from now on I will only be using Tamworth Sytner!!

Everything was handled with an incredible level of detail even down to the handover.

I dropped my car off at 9.30am. Despite asking if I could collect my car at 4pm I noticed on the tracker that at 2pm the work had not been started. I then sent a message but at 2.45pm the message had not been read. I then called and was told that they would ask for my car to be done next. I collected my car at 4.45pm. If I had not pushed and if there had been an issue when would I have got my car back?

Got my new car but the steering felt off took the car to my local garage in Tamworth and I got looked after by Gemma Howe. She is a credit to the company she got my car back to me perfect and couldn’t be happier. Keep up the brilliant work.

We are London based, so since seeing the used car on the approved BMW website and making contact with the branch both Simon and Richard were were helpful with all the queries we had. Pick up on the day couldn't have been simpler. Everything was ready and prepared and the car was as described. Simon kindly gave me a quick test drive pre completing the purchase to show me some of the features. The showroom itself is big and uncluttered making the experience better.

Repairs took far too long and had to wait half an hour when collecting my car. Poor communication, phones not answered and WhatsApp service totally useless

Great customer service from the reception staff to Simon in used car sales. Looked after really well with nothing too much trouble. Simon spent over 5 hours with us, making sure we test drove cars until we found the model to fit all our needs. Would highly recommend
