Harry our salesman was very knowledgeable about the complete mini range. He took time to listen to our requirements, make recommendations and help us order a car that when delivered we are extremely happy with - nothing was too much trouble.

Mini substandard parts
Car went in for a recall and they did a free health check. Wasn’t that concerned knowing car is still under warranty. It needed 2 new dust cover caps but because they are rubber are not covered. Wanted over £400 to fit on a 2 year old car with 11000 miles. Seems Mini are using substandard parts which are not suitable for the job.
Have completed the Mini survey which is a bit of a scam because unless you score 2 or more out 5 it wont submit so had to give 2!

I contacted Sytner Tring with details of my preferred Mini Countryman on the 26th July 2023. . Next day a video from Darren Henshaw arrived with the perfect car. My VW was dealt with as part exchange and even my favourite number plate was rescued for my new car !
