Placed countless orders with Tactical Kit and the items always arrive quickly and in good order. One time they sent me the wrong item by mistake but it was returned and exchanged at no expense to myself and they threw in some free stickers and a patch. Great customer service.

Easy to order on their site, and there a hiccup which was not on them but on 3rd party delivery/receiving address which Tactical Kit's team, Ian did help as much as possible to locate my purchase and that is good customer service that comes after-sales.

Excellent selection of products and my item - a sling - arrived within 2 days expertly packed.

Customer Service sums it up! Haven't used Tactical Kit before, but so glad I have. First, great range of products some of which aren't as easy to get in the UK, second, lightning fast shipping. But most importantly great communication, I made a few errors, but Ian and Milly at Tactical Kit we're superb with a decent RMA process to follow, a very efficient refund and communication that a replacement will be shipped once parts are in, literally ticked every box. So be kind, have decent adult conversations with these guys as the best thing is you are dealing with humans behind the machine, Well done Ian, Milly and Team!!

I recently ordered from Tactical Kit and was really impressed with the whole experience, the website is easy to navigate, checkout is straightforward, and my order was dispatched the same day or next day mainly, and delivered quickly. Their staff are also excellent at communication. I had a question about a product and received a fast, helpful reply via email.
