I had some fencing panels which the installer purchased from you. Your metal tag on top of the panels. I think they were installed approx 14 months ago. But unfortunately all the slats on the panels have slipped down. Is this a normal situation.

Absolute life saver when they were able to deliver a product they had in stock that had been discontinued by the supplier. Really helpful and prompt customer service to help locate the product, and really fast delivery.

Great service from initial order to the delivery. The staff are incredibly helpful and their drive was very professional too.

Prices are very fair, much better than most.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I purchased some fence panels locally and when they delivered them they were from tafs and to be honest they are the worst fence panels I have ever seen

well what can i say i was going to order some wood
and a wooden bench not a cheap one either
but when i got to check out they wanted a £15
delivery for less than a mile away if i had a roof rack i would fetch it my self but i dont so i deleted my order and will go esle where

After buying from TAFS for more years than I care to remember, I won't be buying from them again following my most recent experience with them. The delivery driver was very unhelpful and rude, and refused to follow a simple request leaving me to have to move a two tonne loose load of gravel much further than necessary. Despite a promise of a call back from management I have not received so much as an apology from them, let alone an offer of compensation. To be clear, I wasn't asking the driver to do anything difficult, unreasonable or unsafe.

I ordered x2 1 tonne bags of costwold gravel for delivery and from start to finish was great. The person I spoke to on the phone when ordering ( sorry didn’t grab your name) was so polite and lovely. Delivery driver was polite and managed to get it onto my drive which was quite difficult due to the angle of it! Gravel is great really pleased with it. Will definitely order from Taffs again. Thank you

Wayne and Paul from Tafs have been brilliant from start to finish. Paul provided an excellent quotation service explaining everything that was needed and inspecting the existing fence thoroughly to ensure I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. Wayne arrived very promptly in order to install the fence and new fence posts. He repositioned all of the pavers that had been disrupted by the fence coming down in an accident without me even asking. He left the entire area beautifully tidy and swept with the new fence looking fantastic.

Just had my garden slabbed and fenced .very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend. This guy Wayne to do it as he has 30 years experience. Very happy. Thankyou to Wayne who did all the hard work.

I have used tafs now four times twice for gravel 3 tonnes in total. Once for fencing supplies and panels. And one for a friends gravel. I have never had any problems with the staff or deliveries or drivers. They have been very kind polite and very helpful. The manager Lisa is very kind and has great customer service. The gentleman I spoke to on Monday the 13th of this month was very kind and helpful to. I will stick to using tafs as they are brilliant

Just wanted to put a message on here as never usually leave a review.
But last 4 or 5 weeks had many orders delivered and had no issues what so ever.
They kept me posted on delivery and went above and beyond
One small issue I did have Holly in the office went above and beyond to sort which she did.
So overall great service all round

Had to get several garden projects done while in lockdown due to COVID. I tried to get several suppliers to deliver the building materials I needed, ( i think a few thousand households in the same area were doing the same). I cannot thank Tafs enough for a prompt delivery service and and the building materials I needed. Not only did they do this once for me but I had to call and order a further 2 separate times, again delivered on time where stated. Thanks Tafs you helped me out when building supplies were scarce👍👍👍

Rubbish topsoil - It’s wasn’t 10mm double screened at all - full of stones, bindweed and couch grass roots- plus random bits of plastic and even some bits of glass.

Well done TAFS for keeping trading during this most difficult of years. Some people have no patience at all(referring of course to the earlier reviews this year in particular), they do not see the bigger picture! Considering half of the country has been furloughed or working from home and demand for any garden/landscaping products has quadrupled at least this year, you have done remarkably well. I am aware that the building industry has taken a massive hit with huge delays to the supply of timber and all building related products this year because of this huge surge in demand. Thank you for sending my products as quickly as you could, your staff are a credit to you.

I ordered a significant amount of decking along with some top soil from Taf's - paid at the time of ordering (including a £40 delivery charge) and agreed a delivery date 3 weeks in advance. I received a phone call 24 hours before advising the decking was no longer available at this time (very short notice as I had made plans to receive this delivery) and I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks. I agreed with the lady I spoke to (Lisa) that I would wait in good faith and still receive the delivery of top soil on the date agreed with no further delivery charge for having to make two trips (as this was their fault, not mine). She agreed to contact me again weekly to update on the status of my order for decking. No call the following week so I chased. Response was the same - no delivery date yet, she said she would update me in a further week but could still refund the decking if I wanted to. I decided this would be best as 5 weeks after placing my order, I still have no date for a delivery. I said I would be willing to pay for half of the £40 delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill but I was not willing to pay for all of it because they had failed in their commitment to deliver the decking on time. Lisa was unwilling to agree to this and has only refunded the cost of the decking leaving me with a £40 delivery charge for £40 of soil. Safe to say I would not recommend Taf's to anyone as in my experience, I believe them to be unreasonable, unreliable and do not follow through with commitments to customers. Very poor experience.

I’ve read one review here dated 4/6/20. I have to say my review concurs this customer’s view. Customer care is totally absent. My order was the opposite to what I requested despite making it clear. Staff are obviously under pressure not to help customers to the point of denying speaking to you. I’m waiting for my refund because I had to return my order. Received abuse when I asked for my refund which had not gone through the first time. Still waiting. Because I fought back with a google review I was shouted at, called a disgrace and an idiot. Am I going to have to fight for the £78.12 they owe me? It looks like it. By now I should have received it. I was told it had gone through twice.
