What a joke no wins very low payouts, I would give negative ratings if i could, avoid this site, same scam as the rest

As of last night and today the promotion just disappeared ** after I was half way though.
I have raised this with talksport via chat and was told

I am sorry but this is wrong , allowing customers to deposit and wager to meet the relevant T&CS for the promotion to just be removed and no notice at all to customers or addressing the pulling of a promotion half way through.
There needs to be a form of goodwill to customers who have been depositing and wager to a promotion that will not be honoured .

Not the best site . Holds on for absolutely ages before cash out. Ive had a draw on teams that become 1,1 with 10 mins to go but the cash out as took that long the game went 2,1 on the 90th min . Not good at all . And everytime you put a bet on it says price change and the price goes lower never higher.

Worst betting site I ever used, let me deposit then froze my account, I done enhanced verification, showed a statement were it proved my deposit, sent a revolut statement pdf, aib bank statement pdf and a government letter all within date and yet they still would not verify my account then they closed my account with money it and will not help, AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

I entered into a promotion, then when I logged back in later the promotion had disappeared. I contacted customer services which took hours to respond and as I didn't answer in 2 minutes they closed my query without answering my question and didn't get my promotion. Recently joined and i have to say the matched free bet offers are miles better than the tired old traditional sites ive been using offer these days. If i had one criticism its that some of the odds are slightly worse value than the rest. Other than that great impressions so far.

Impossible to contact when help needed on free bet.
After joining Talksport, I had one free bet left from the joining offer, to be used on a racing treble. No way could I find out how to use it. I went on chat line and went around in circles with the Virtual Assistant. Tried to send an email and it didnt go. The only way I found out each selection had to be more than 2.0 was from reading a previous one star review when I went on Trust Pilot. I didnt see it anywhere in the Ts and Cs.
Also. website not as easy to negotiate as some others.
Further to Talksport reply I did contact them through the email address and got a prompt and satisfactory answer.

i have £15 worth of free bet sitting there, no matter what i do, wont let me use them, have to say. when i heard about talksport bet, thought it’ll be a great site, as i listen everyday, but its one of the worse betting sites. i’ve ever used, im deleting. was a big mistake joining so the free bet have to be at odds of over 6-1 on each horse, thats yours changes reduced, i’ll delete the app, as its a bloody joke.

Signed up for the the Cheltenham £40 free bets , then found lots of
Hidden T&Cs associated with the “free”bets which other providers don’t do .
Complained to talk sport bet as could not use free bets. For example , to use the £10 treble on any horse racing market it stipulates in the T&C’s that the bet must exceed odds of 2.0 . The bet I was trying to place exceeded odds of 5.0 , however I was later told that each selection within the treble must exceed odds of 2.0 . Nowhere within the T&Cs does it say this , this is false advertising and I am escalating the issue until a resolution is found . I will also cease to listen to talkSPORT as a result .
I am sure talkSPORT will argue that legally they are ok to continue with this practice but even if this is the case , they are deliberately misleading their own customers to get money from them without presenting the facts . This goes against the entire premise of how talkSPORT advertise themselves to their listening market

Live chat is a joke agent called louise was not helpfull attall worst agent ive spoken to just kept repeating the the same an was frustrating me all i was asking about was welcome offer an she could not deal with the problem
