First Order Experience
I ordered four sample shirts from Tapstitch, choosing different textures, sizes, and garment structures to get a feel for their overall quality and process. All four designs were printed using DTG, and I’m highly satisfied with this first sample run.
The garment quality is pretty good across the different shirts, and the print quality of the graphics came out really well. Color accuracy was on point, and the placement and sizing of the designs matched what I had set up using Tapstitch’s design software. What I created and positioned through their tool translated very well to the finished products.
The entire process was straightforward and seamless, especially for someone experimenting with apparel design and potentially building a brand. Being able to set up the designs, order samples, and receive products that matched what I was expecting made this a really positive first experience.
Turnaround was also solid. It took around 10 days from placing my order to receiving it. Everything was packaged well and arrived clean and undamaged.
I haven’t washed the shirts yet, so I can’t speak to shrinkage, fading, or how the garments and DTG prints hold up after multiple washes. I plan to pay attention to that as I continue testing them.
Overall, this sample run gave me a lot more confidence in Tapstitch. Between the garment quality, DTG print quality, color accuracy, design placement, turnaround time, packaging, and ease of the overall process, I’m very satisfied so far.
I’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon as I continue experimenting with designs and developing my brand.

The company's clothing is great quality and priced slightly high for bulk but still very reasonable, I only use tapstich and refuse to use anyone else. May say something about the great quality.

Easy to use and quality mockups
It's very easy to use and they already give you really good quality mockups with good space for designs, also the background removal tool is very useful, maybe if they added features to make the products more customizable it'd be better, but overall 9/10

Disappointing experience so far
Disappointing experience so far. We placed a sample order to assess Tapstitch as a potential supplier, but had several quality and sizing issues.
Support initially responded, but the complaint has now become slow to resolve and the proposed solution did not reflect the problems with the order.
Unfortunately, the quality control and customer service so far have left us lacking confidence in placing a larger order.

Upcoming Brand
I recently started my own clothing brand and decided to try Tapstitch’s DTG printing on an oversized T-shirt. When the shirts arrived, I was genuinely blown away by both the print quality and the quality of the shirts themselves. The colors and details came out beautifully, and the overall feel exceeded my expectations. Right now, I’m still exploring different GSM options to find the weight and feel that best suits my brand, but based on my first experience, I’m very impressed with Tapstitch and excited to continue trying more of their products.

After washing the shirt for only the second time, I noticed that the print had already started peeling. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to hold the DTG print very well, even when washed on a gentle cycle. I’m quite disappointed. ☹️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic Quality Clothing
The quality of the clothing is fantastic and it came much quicker than expected. We plan to do a couple test runs before releasing some for sale with our brand. So far we love them. As far as critiques, I haven’t found a particular jacket/hoodie thats thin for Florida weather wear. They’re all a little thicker. Great quality though!

This was my first time ordering from Tapstitch and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed! The shirts that I ordered for my business actually exceeded my expectation. Not only was the print fantastic but the fit and designs of the different shirts that I ordered were so amazing that I honestly think I would order them just to wear without my logo on them. I normally would order from Vistaprint and while they got the job done I have to say that tap switch the quality of the product is next level.
