Great overall experience
Fast turnaround time, high quality materials, great print quality, and the hood on my hoodie was actually a useable size which I love. Seems to be a hard ask nowadays to have a functional hood on a hoodie lol.

Design What You Want!! Awesome Experience!!
The ability to design your own t-shirt, sweatshirt, sweatpants and other items is awesome. I've been using the site for just under a year and can't wait to design the next pieces of clothing I will wear or want to get for someone else. Was kind of hoping to get the company to add like a lightweight, stretchy 1/4 zip or lightweight hooded sweatshirt. Hopefully those items get added in the future.

Loved using the online interface
Loved using the online interface, very ease. It isn't super accurate (like PS or Quark) but I didn't expect it to be so, considering we're printing onto a garment. That said my hoodie turned up looking great. Very happy with the colours and sharpness of the print. Garment is excellent in weight and warmth. A little larger than I anticipated but still way wearable. I'm very happy and am hoping to do more business through TS......

I've searched far and wide on the internet for a turnkey service like Tapstitch. Something easy to visualize what I'm wanting. The quality is fantastic. In the future, I would love to see an embroidery option. The screen printing is great, but embroidery gives it that extra custom personal touch to a brand. I would love to see hats, beanies and jackets at some point. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my order and I will be ordering more.

No embroidery option
No embroidery option, clothing suggestions that are not suitable for printing (the stretching of the fabric ruins the design), poor print quality, no patches, and no custom packaging for the customer. On top of that, I don't even have the option to click a button to close my own account. I have to write to customer service and, to make matters worse, provide the reasons for my cancellation. This is unheard of. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.

Regarding your concerns on product features: embroidery is something we are actively working on internally, and this service is already in development. We expect it to be available in the near future. In addition, custom packaging options (including branded packaging) are part of our roadmap for this year. We’re also currently testing custom hang tags and thank-you cards, which will be rolled out more broadly soon.
On the account deletion process, we’d like to clarify that requiring contact with customer support is a security measure. This is designed to protect users in case of unauthorized access — for example, preventing someone from maliciously deleting your account and all associated designs and data. For this reason, deletion requests must be verified through the registered email address.
We understand that some of our current features and processes may not yet meet your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate you highlighting these gaps. Feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us improve.

Snow Wash Fleece Oversize Hoodie (RW0046-P001-V3)
I ordered a hoodie from Tapstitch and it arrived about a week after placing the order, which I was happy with.
The quality is very good overall. The fabric is a cotton-poly blend (53% polyester, 42% cotton, and 5% other fibres), and it feels durable and comfortable, 355 GSM has a nice weight to it—thick enough to feel premium without being too heavy.
The print quality is also solid, with a clean and well-finished look.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that slight concern about the long-term durability of the print.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Tapstitch.

Nearly 2 months, no items, no refund…
Ordered item on 23rd February. Today’s date is the 9th April. Still not received item. I hate to leave bad reviews but where is my item? Every time I email customer service they say they will get back to me. I’ve got no items delivered and they’ve taken my money. No one is getting back to me. I feel like I’ve been scammed and just want my money back. Avoid.

After reviewing your order, we’d like to clarify the timeline for transparency. Your order was shipped on March 1, and on March 13 the carrier reported a failed delivery attempt. We arranged a re-delivery, however on March 16 the carrier confirmed the shipment was refused by the recipient, which resulted in another failed delivery. The parcel was then returned and reached the carrier’s overseas warehouse on April 7.
We completely understand how this experience may have felt unclear from your side, and we’re sorry for any gaps in communication along the way.
To resolve this, we have already processed a full refund for your order. Please note that refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

The website to choose, design, and order is extremely well put together and by far the best website I have ever used for something like this. Fantastic customer service, I made a mistake when I initially ordered by picking the wrong model of shirt, couldn’t cancel the order so I contacted support if they could change it for me. They cancelled my order regardless and refunded the money paid for that order. Order delivered in 11 days from the date it was ordered, faster than expected. The quality of the shirt itself is great, and the print quality is great too. Ordered another shirt today because overall I am very satisfied. Highly recommend.
