I was pleasantly surprised by the car
I was pleasantly surprised by the car, but I can’t say the same about the salesman. He treated us like we couldn't afford anything and looked down on us. However, when we went back for our second appointment, passed the verification, and got approved by the bank, his attitude completely flipped—he was like a totally different person.

This was a very good deal.
This was a very good deal.
The only issue was the finance was very long winded and the email from Sanjeev was not good telling us to keep the Direct Debit for Santander after we had part exchanged our Focus. Not Good.
We are still awaiting the settlement for Santander.
We have now resolved and Move on.
Kind Regards,
Nick Thackray
