My first time being introduced to Tie Guan Yin tea was by another company who sells it at twice the price. Luckily, I found this seller and took a chance on it being similar. I am pleased to say this is tea is delicious. When you open the packet, your nose is aroused by what can only be described as a sweet popcorn like scent. Very yummy! I am curious about their other tea flavours now!

I’ve been ordering tea from Tealyra for a good while and have always enjoyed both the variety and quality of their teas.
(My favourite being Green Earl Grey Cream). Recently I mistakenly ordered two of a product instead of one. I emailed their customer support to see if I could exchange one and found them to be extremely helpful, responding quickly and generously given the order error wasn’t theirs but mine.

I drink a LOT of tea. But it takes time to get through a pot. I am thrilled with how much tea Jove pot holds...enough for 3 or 4 Big cups and it keeps it hot for a good long while. An hour-ish?
It is super cute, perfect colour and well, I just love it! I think you will too ;)
MORE TO LOVE! I have recently started to make a ginger tea. I just grate a whole bunch of Tealyra’s freeze-dried ginger, put it directly into the strainer, add tea bags of my choice, add boiling water and 10 minutes later I have perfect deliciousness! I cannot say enough good about this simple looking little pot. Without a doubt the best teapot I have ever owned!
It would be great for adding any kind of fresh spices, or orange or lemon slices...it all stays nicely in the little column strainer. PERFECT!

I've been looking for a long time for a pot that would keep me in peppermint tea for a whole day, and Tealyra has that pot - Pluto.
The tea basket is quite narrow and takes a bit of cleaning to get all the leaves out, but as a bonus, it sometimes produces a strange whistling sound when you run water through it.
Finally, the pot's a very pretty shade of turquoise-y blue. Great quality l, fair price. Recommend.

Very inflexible, expensive and rude tea wholesaler. Their wholesale shipping cost exceeds £40, regardless of how much you are willing to buy.

I noticed a discrepancy on the ingredients of one of their teas on their website. I emailed to point it out and ask for the correct ingredients. Their reply, a week later was "There was a mistake, it doesn't have apple pieces. It was removed form the list. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions." There was no apology for the mistake, or appreciation for bringing it to their attention. So disappointing.

Great Tea! Very poor customer sensibility!

I’ve been buying tea from TeaLyra for about 3 years and I drink a lot of tea! The quality of the tea is excellent and the variety of flavors is great. There a a few of the flavors that I’ve tried that are not to my liking but that’s just my preferences talking. I’ve tried numerous other tea companies but TeaLyra is now my go to tea provider. PS I have found that following the instructions on the bag makes a big difference in the taste of the ☕️

Very pleased with my first order. They seem like honest tea traders. I will order from them again.
