Avoid at all costs. Communication is poor contract is poor the company breaches the contract when they feel like it they will pay you whenever they feel like and just lie constantly and however much they feel like. One person will say one thing another person will do another and very ignorant company. Do not use.

Worst HR to use.

They are a scam boiler room bodyshop which companies like Infosys use in Europe to avoid the local labour market laws and just outright exploit workers. Stay well away from this company. Just pirates!

“J'ai eu une expérience très décevante avec Teceze lors d'un processus de recrutement pour un poste IT Support Engineer.

Premier entretien avec 2 recruteurs sans caméra, puis annonce soudaine que le projet est 'annulé' après m'avoir dit que j'étais qualifié.

Quelques jours plus tard, ils reviennent avec un nouveau client (Volvo) et un 2e entretien sans aucune explication sur l'annulation précédente.

Aucune transparence sur le contrat, salaire ou durée de mission malgré mes demandes.

Ça fait perdre du temps aux candidats et montre un manque de respect flagrant. En plus, les avis Trustpilot confirment des problèmes de paiement pour les employés. À éviter absolument pour du recrutement sérieux en IT.

I worked for Teceze from December 22nd through January 31st, including holiday shifts. Despite repeated verbal and written assurances that I would be paid weekly, I have not received any compensation since the project ended.

Communication has been extremely poor; on the rare occasions they do respond, the information provided is inconsistent and misleading. This lack of payment has caused me significant financial hardship and personal damages. Potential contractors should be warned: they are highly responsive during onboarding, but disappear once the work is done.

Trust me, it's a magical company, Teceze will beg you when they onboard you for a project but they will be disappeared if you will ask for money. They negotiate the money again after the project is completed. Funny.
Please do not work with them.

Teceze offers their support for all time zones which makes them very reliable. Their quality of service is exceptional. They resolve issues very quickly. I am very content with their service.
