I bought an Apple TV 3rd Gen for £140. It looks absolutely pristine and works perfectly. My only complaint was the inadequate packaging, just one small piece of foam . The whole box rattled during unpacking

Sent wrong cable - labelled and invoiced as for a Sony Handycam but it wasn't. Messaged twice but no reply. Sent cable back but a month on no refund, Avoid.

Absolutely useless...I don't think this is a real company..item hasn't arrived, no response to any of my messages about a refund, I would like to see this company investigated and closed down

Purchased battery charger for a Sony handycam 24th June 2025 and wrong item product supplied, does not represent what is advertised on their website. Tried. to contact contact their customer services 3/4 times with no success. Avoid this company … sharks !!!

Wish I'd read this before ordering!! Phone charger I received did not fit phone.Tried to contact by e'mail re return and refund but no response.It would cost almost value of item in postage charges so considering whether to do chargeback on credit card

Well, that's £30 down the drain! ordered a replacement camera charger.. Don't work, so, I returned it the very next day for the promised Full Refund - Guess what? I'm still waiting. There is no contact info on the website at all - the help page is hopeless, and the contact form is pointless-no contact from them at all. So, they have their heap of junk of a charger back(at my expense)- and my thirty quid! HOW I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING !!! The company is a total scam - steer clear or you will be the next one writing a negative review.. Pity there isn't a minus star rating

Ordered charger cable, which arrived but did not work. No phone number on the website. No chat facility. I tried to email them. The email address on the website didnt work, my email bounced. Eventually I found a page on the site where I could leave a message, which I did, but I did not receive a reply. So I sent another message, and again I was ignored. Give this lot a miss and shop elsewhere!

Like a number of other people on here I ordered a spare phone charger (for a Cubot King Kong phone) and when it arrived it was a cheap inferior product not fit for purpose - it had the wrong connector, as well as being incapable of charging any phone in a reasonable timescale. When attempting to contact the company to arrange a return I received no reply by email (which bounced) or using the chat (there is no phone number). The company is obviously scamming people by sending out inferior products not fit for purpose and then not refunding them when they complain or return the goods - in breach of the Sale of Goods Act. Wish I'd read the feedback here before wasting my money. Please don't fall victim to this company.

If was possible to give a minus it would have deserved one. Product supplied totally unfit for purpose. Don’t believe a word on their website. If they had any honesty or integrity they would acknowledge a problem but all they do is ignore it. No response via its messaging service, on line chat and emails returned as address is invalid. Have no intention to engage with any issues and don’t even have a phone number. Don’t deserve to be in business and should be closed down.

Tried as per their Website suggestrion to contact to clarify a prospective requisition via email / Webchat & phone details submitted BUT despite multiple requests not even an acknowledgement.Glad I did not requisition from them .

This is a sham company, I ordered a camera charger from them, when it arrived it was the wrong charger, I sent it back with the understanding from them I'd have a full refund, I've had no refund and now can't contact them either by email or phone. I hope something is done about this company and no one else has to go through this.

I sent for a USB cable for my camera it was delivered on time but it is the wrong cable. I have tried to contact them by the email address supplied. I did not get a reply. I tried several time after that. came back Email address not working. Could not find a telephone number anywhere Would tell people not to use this company.

Absolutely useless company - do they actually stock what you have ordered? If so, they don't deliver orders, they take your money. You can't contact them by phone and they don't reply to emails. Some emails get returned as undelivered by the postal service.
Avoid at all cost.

Ordered 2 items - one was good the other I didn't need so sent the return. I have not had a refund nor will they reply to my messages, emails get returned as address n/k. I am so disappointed I hadn't read these reviews. So - they owe me £20 and looking at the feedback it looks like I am never going to see this again...... OUTRAGEOUS. VERY ANGRY!

Wish I'd read the reviews from this Company. Returned an item but no acknowledgement of the return, only by checking Royal Mail Tracking system do I know it's been received.. Yet to be seen if I'm issued with a refund!! Unable to contact this company by Telephone. Wouldn't recommend.

After placing my order I read the trustpilot reviews and my heart sank - I wondered if I'd get anything in return and if I did whether it would work. But the correct cable arrived within three days on standard postage and it works. Can't say fairer than that.

Ignore all my emails and I have no address to return unwanted items.

Sent incompatible product despite advertised product showing the same charging point. Tried emailing and had no response. Terrible customer service - no refund acknowledgment. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. What a waste of money which I could f do I without in these financial worrying times. AVOID USING THEM
