Had issues with my new computer, took the computer in and he had sorted it very quickly. Gave me much needed advice and bought some hardware. Very helpful

I didn't even buy anything or even know abiut this website but it TOOK £30 OUT OF MY CARD WITHIUT PERMISSION I AM NOT SUBSCRIBED OR ANYTHING I NEEVED THAT MONEY TO BUY A PROVISIONAL LISENSE!!! IT LITTERLY STOLE FROM ME I DONT EVEN KNOW THIS WEBSITE WTFFFFFFFFF

Took money but no goods arrived. Do not use.

Got totally ripped off - lured in by a well priced Kurcher K5 power washer for 189.99 - paid the money.. was sent a fake confirmation email and tracking number showing the delivery in transit from China! Emailed a week later and got a short message saying deliver on way. Emailed again the next week only to get a mail delivery failure - they had clearly shut down the website and domain and scarpered to Rio with my (any everyone else's) cash. Lesson learned - only buy through a trusted website!!

Like Karen and Darren I was ripped off by this fake company and con artists. I bought a mobile phone on the 15th December 2020 and received a fake order number and a fake tracking number and on about the 23rd December 2020 I had a notification from the tracking company that the item had been delivered.
Within 24 hours I became suspicious and tried to block and cancel the transaction with my credit card company while my payment was still pending.
I sent an email to cancel my order about 12 hours after ordering but was informed in very ungrammatical English that cancellation was not possible as the item had already been shipped even though on their website they clearly stated that cancellation could be made within 24 hours for any reason.
I sent them another email informing this and the email bounced back as well as the next email bouncing back as well. I then informed the credit card company that I was very likely a victim of fraud and got them to start an investigation on my behalf.
I now have my money back on the assumption that my credit card company will not get communication from these fraudsters confirming the transaction was legitimate.
'Home Tech Store UK' has now disappeared and I am not surprised as they must really have the heat on them and be under investigation from multiple agencies.
Anyone who has been swindled using a credit card should be protected and get their money back like I did. I am just so happy that this despicable organization of crooks and con artists are off the internet for now and my sympathy for anyone else who has been done like me!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took my money, gave me a delivery date. Item did not arrive, and won’t respond to emails.

I am waiting on a scooter i purchased on 12 Dec 2020. I have emailed them. The shipping tracking link does not work the email are returned. I contacted my bank that said they are a company in Finland and I should wait a little longer. I am unsure what to do as there website has now gone.

They don't answer the phone and their email is invalid.
No way of getting a refund on an item that was send to me in error. My loss of $. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

They have taken my money and not delivered my good now I’m seriously out of pocket and my boys have no Christmas present. Have try to make contact but have been ignored

Do not use ! We paid and ordered , nothing Arrived no communication or response at all. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and PayPal sorted it out so I eventually got my money back but took months to sort out . Terrible.

Please DO NOT use this company, they ignore your emails, refuse to refund on a faulty product expect you to cover the cost of return postage and then still refuse to refund your money. When you do get a response they are rude and do not read what you have said.

I purchased an Apple 3 watch beginning of December for a gift the parcel has been lost via yodel and now this company don’t seem to care that I hadn’t received the watch and am out of pocket as I had to go a buy a watch and now I am being left to chase yodel company is a joke will never ever purchase from them again

I bought and paid for two pairs of i pod ear phones for Christmas three weeks ago. Please don’t use this company they take your money and don’t seem to care anymore. My grandkids still have not received there presents yet. Very sad customer

I ordered a msi 970 golden gpu and the hdmi port amd display port are broken and it makes my screen flash and fails to run most games
