I CONTACTED TEEN TOY,AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE MR ROHIT ,CO OPERATED WITH ME NICELY FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.HE ANSWERED ALL MY DOUBTS,MISTRUST, EVERYTHING WITH HONEST CLARITY.ACTUALLY I WANTED TO SEE IF TEEN TOY IS A SCAM OR NOT.TODAYS TIME I HEAR ABOUT CYBER CRIMES SO I QUESTIONED MR ROHIT ABOUT THEIR SERVICES.I PURCHASED A DOLL BY ADVANCE PAYMENT,BUT GOT THE DOLL WITHIN 10 DAYS BY BLUE DART. 2) ONE THING,THERE IS NO MANUAL,AND THE DOLL'S HAIR WAS SENT SEPARATELY,SO I HAD TO FACE DIFFICULTY ABOUT HOW TO WEAR THE HAIR ON HER HEAD.3) AND LASTLY,TO STAND HER WAS DIFFICULT.4)OVERALL,MR ROHIT OF TEENTOY HELPED ME A LOT.AND I ALSO THANK THE OWNER WHO DELIGHTED ME WITH THE DOLL,AS I HAVE NO DAUGHTER,BY PURCHASING THE DOLL,I AM FEELING LITTLE MORE HAPPY AS MY LITTLE CUTE DOLL HAS ARRIVED IN MY LAP,AND SAYING "OH PAPA I LOVE YOU."SO THANK YOU TEEN TOY VERY VERY MUCH.

I had ordered two products of Rs 11000 and Rs 19000 in August 2025. Received same product as described on site. The packaging of 2nd product was not good. It was opened on 2 sides and taped. Product was minor damaged which I repaired. Overall OK except Courier service of Blue Dart was pathetic. Packaging was also not good. Don't know whom to blame.

The products is good.

"Teentoy" is a best adult toys shop in India. It sells high quality adult toys at very low price.

Intentionally messed up the delivery package dimensions so it won't get found out during delivery by putting empty foams inside. So you can only found out later after accepting the delivery package. Incorrect items sent which are less than 40% of actual amount paid. So they can make a profit from other 50-60% or even more by doing these fraud activities online on their cheap website.

Hope trustpilot team takes a note of this and expose this scamming website so it can be taken down.

Registered fraud complaint with Bangalore/Kolkata police.
