An absolutely fantastic experience…
An absolutely fantastic experience during the 120 hr Premier Course, 40 hr Exam Prep Course, 30 hr Teaching Young Learners Course and 10 hr Teaching Neurodiverse Students Course. Feedback by my Tutor was always comprehensive, course notes were detailed and relevant, quizzes thoroughly prepared me for end of unit assignments. All in all a very positive experience!

Don't recommend
Some of the things the reviewer said made no sense because they are not checking their own grammar and spelling mistakes. If you are a reviewer, please make sure you are spelling correctly. In addition, on some assignments, we given a word limit. The reviewer asked me to explain things in more depth than I already had, which made me go over the limit several times. They provide their email and then do not respond if you ask for clarification via email. Lastly, the reviewer does not review within 48 hours. It is more like with 72 hours.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback - we really appreciate you being so open about your experience.
I’m sorry to hear that aspects of the tutor feedback felt frustrating. We understand how important it is that feedback is clear and directly relevant to the assignment submitted, especially when you’re working within a set word limit.
The word limit is required to ensure all feedback and assessment decisions meet our accreditors' strict criteria. We'll certainly share your feedback with the team about this.
Thanks again for raising these points. If you ever have any other comments or suggestions please don't hesitate to reach out.

A good course to give a TEFL grounding.
The 120 hour course is well planned and gives lots of information. I have taught EFL in the past and this course, apart from giving me a certificate has given me a few new ideas for my classes. All in all recommended.
My only gripes would be that on occasions the tutor feedback seemed a bit 'remote', that is, it didn't seem to completely reflect my assignment.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review!
We’re really pleased to hear that you found the 120-hour course well planned and informative, and that it gave you some fresh ideas to take back into your EFL classes. It’s great to know the course added value for you, especially given your previous teaching experience.
I also appreciate you sharing your feedback about the tutor comments. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be passing this on to our academic team so they can review it and continue improving the support we offer.
Thanks again for recommending us, and we wish you all the best with your teaching going forward.

I found the course very comprehensive…
I found the course very comprehensive and easy to follow online . The course content was excellent and the support second to none. I also thought the feedback from the tutor , Thomas Kerr was great and I learnt a lot about how to run a class. All in all I didn’t think I could have gotten so much out of the course . I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone wanting to teach English to non English speakers

Absolutely hopeless website
Absolutely hopeless website. It's badly designed, has forms that are impossisble to fill out, has a lack of accessibility that I have rarely seen on other sites, and worst of all, a lack of up-to-date information and genuine job offers.

Fun and useful experience
This course was an excellent professional development experience for me. The curriculum was well-structured, comprehensive, and highly relevant for both new and experienced educators. Each module provided practical teaching strategies, clear explanations, and real-world examples that made the content easy to understand and apply.
I especially appreciated the focus on lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication techniques. The course materials were engaging, and the assessments reinforced key concepts without feeling overwhelming. By the end of the program, I felt more confident in my ability to design dynamic lessons, support diverse learners, and maintain an effective classroom environment.

Absolutely recommended! Thanks a million
I never thought that i could become an english tutor/teacher as my first language is Italian, but I have lived in London for 9 years, so i have got some knowledge and experience.
I was reluctant into doing the course and complete it because i had no idea of the modules and what to expect next.
Well i can tell it has been one of my life decisions so far, as i'm teaching online to over 30 students along with over 1000 lessons, i'm able to do it while travelling or from the confort of my home!
Recently I have also attend a 3 days course in person in London with Asif, to improve & gain more skills about teaching, which I have applied straigh away. I highly recommend to start & try out TEFL.ORG courses because they have a fantastic system and support available to guide you during the process (videos, blogs, live support, live training).
I should have done it before, thanks a million!

Building a Supportive, Student-Centred Teaching Mindset
The TEFL course helped me understand teaching from the inside out. I appreciated the balance between theory and practice — from lesson planning frameworks like PPP/ESA to error correction, classroom management, and skills instruction. It taught me to look at students with patience and empathy, and to design lessons that are clear, supportive, and student-centred. I’m grateful for the journey.

fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience completing this TEFL course. The content was clear, well-structured, and practical. Each module built smoothly on the last, and the examples provided made even the more complex concepts easy to understand.
The trainers were supportive, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions, which made me feel confident throughout the program. I especially appreciated the focus on real classroom strategies, lesson planning, and managing diverse learner needs — all skills I’ve already started using.
The course platform was user-friendly and flexible, making it easy to study at my own pace while still feeling guided. By the time I finished, I genuinely felt prepared to step into an EAL/ESL classroom.
Highly recommend this course to anyone considering teaching English abroad or online. It’s definitely worth the time and investment!

An Excellent TEFL Experience
I'm 41, and this 200-hour Level 5 TEFL course made me feel like a student again! The lessons were clear and engaging, and I loved the progress tests after each module. The assignments were like mini-essays — sometimes challenging, but always rewarding. My tutor Joanna was very supportive, and her feedback helped me grow and gain confidence. It was a unique and priceless experience, and I’m grateful to the whole team. Wishing them and all future students the best!
