Very good value
Very good value! Lovely food and good prices for family’s. My granddaughter loved her time in tenpin. Friendly staff would recommend to any family. Will be back.

We tried out the crazy golf…
We tried out the crazy golf unfortunately at least 3 of the holes were not functioning correctly which was very frustrating, later we found out the golf is a separate company but with no representation we can only complain online should be a better system in place, but the golf was very good on the whole.

Good variety
The building offers a good time. Bowling is great and the arcade has a decent variety. Done an escape room and the gold before as well. Golf seems like it needs a bit of repair but it wasnt an issue when it came to playing it. Drink service can be a little slow is the only thing that I could criticise.

Had to wait in queud a while despite booking online. Next door lane took our bowling balls and made it awkward plus guy tried to grab bowling ball again during turns. Nasty group!

We ordered food thinking we could have…
We ordered food thinking we could have it after we finished bowling. Unfortunately we had booked for 10.30 so we washing hot do and chips about 11.15.the hot dog roll was so dry it was almost u edible and chips with it was very small. Blowing was fun but won't recommend the food.staff were very helpful can't fault them

A Positive Workplace Until Management Changed
I genuinely enjoyed working at southampton Tenpin and met some amazing people during my time there. Many of my colleagues made my experience enjoyable, and I'm grateful for the friendships and memories I made.
Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly under the new management his name is Danny bean. From my perspective, I felt I was treated unfairly and racially bullied, and I didn't feel respected as a member of staff. When I left, I wasn't given the opportunity to say goodbye to the colleagues I'd worked alongside. I posted a farewell message in the staff group chat to thank everyone, but it was removed almost immediately and I was taken out of the group before I had the chance to say a proper goodbye. That was upsetting and made me feel as though my time there meant very little.
I'm disappointed that things ended the way they did because I truly valued the people I worked with. I hope the workplace can become one where staff feel respected, listened to, and treated fairly.
