Early days, but have to say very impressed with our EPOS so far. Charlie Rushfirth has been brilliant, very responsive as project manager throughout and a great help in ironing out the wrinkles (mostly of our own making) in the first few days.

Excellent System Saved Me From Going Mad!
I wanted to make sure to share a very positive experience as I've noticed some not so great reviews of Tevalis and they don't match our experience in any way.
After only 6 months with EposNow (if you want to know what truly terrible service is, try them) we moved to Tevalis as we had endless issues and ultimately couldn't trust our tills.
Considering how terrible an experience we had with the previous company we did our homework and even visited an existing restaurant who also ran the system after having the demo from Matt in the sales team.
We found everything very reassuring and the sales process wasn't pressured. Everything was in our time and Matt was able to answer all of our questions. Even if he didn't know the answer immediately he found out the answer and e-mailed back within a few hours at the most.
The implementations phase (shout out to Thomas) was straight forward and although one or two things were missed on the setup we had them sorted within minutes of going live as they were a doddle to sort in the back office.
The system is relatively intuitive and can be scaled as you grow with various modules that can be added as required. We opted for the stock control module along with the centralised management and business analytics modules which I believe come as standard.
We can update our tills and menus remotely at a time of our choosing, so changes don't have to happen mid-service.
We also use the KMS screen system which while we did have some very minor teething issues with on the first couple of days were still very much usable. The issues were resolved by the early life support team quickly.
Training is in depth and efficient with the team being on hand with reminders if you forget how to do something. We also had some on site training for the stock module with Mark who was an absolute pleasure to work with.
All in all I'm delighted that we chose Tevalis and wish we had used them from the start, it would have led to a much more pleasurable first 6 months of our new business venture and I can see us keeping them for a long time!

this the worst company and the poor customer service , Technicians haven't got a clue . costing lots to have the headache , this is day robbery . stay away .
Sales promise but nothing once you have signed…
I approached a number of Epos companies and selected Tevalis having decided to pay more for a system that could offer my business more . I ran through my exact requirements with Tevalis how demonstrated that the system was capable. The Installation and integration of Tevalis has been so poor , the system totally crashed on our opening night , we followed advice from Tevalis Stock team on how to provide data which turned out to be incorrect and we are running our business without key features we have paid for , but more concerning is the fact that some of the team don’t understand the Tevalis system . We are having continuous problems and the back up and commitment to solve the issues is simply not good enough , they are just too busy intergrating the next sale !!! I wished for the money I have invested I had gone with a basic system because in essence the added value and features that I have paid for I cannot use with the way my Tevalis system is set up

Very disappointing
Almost a year on and still waiting for our Sage integration to go through, been advised I will receive call backs from developers, no dedicated account manager to go to, non existing customer support. Don't get me started on the stock module... Very poor, especially after investing over £20k in hardware/software.
Stay away
Stay away! They have had best part of 10k from me (after embarrassing install) and left me crippled. Months of ongoing tech support with long hold times. Once you have signed, they simply dont care! Gutted
