After a 5 year gap of not buying any Teva products due to having bought two bottles of smelling salts from different locations and neither of the bottles contents had any strength whatsoever; a few months back, I saw a bottle in my local chemist and thought this must be okay now, surely? No, it wasn't. I actually complained to Teva this time and I sent the bottle to them for 'investigation'. Two months on and I receive the reply this morning telling me that the reason for the lack of strength was that the cap must have been loose in the factory and so it evaporated...... That's it. No apology. No replacement. No refund. Teva UK Ltd, you can poke it and I will go back to other brands online.

Every month when I get my Salamol with in a week it breaks the top comes of and the blue mouth piece breaks of I put it back together get one puff then it breaks again,I cannot reorder until the month is up so I have to go without,I am on oxygen and other sprays so please sort your Salamol out

IVAX a sub of Teva UK Ltd produce SALAMOL a CFC free asthma inhaler. Well I found it completely useless!

Thank god for sudocrem, a well known massive skin care has wrecked my skin……. this cream two weeks later has repaired my skin got rid of the destruction and acne that this other skin cream caused and ended my depression and embarrassment. Says what it does in the tin

Medication does the job but tablets are so powdery that they get stuck in the back of your throat and leave residue on your fingers. Never had this issue with any other brand of tablets.

Best brand ever. Drugs you can trust. For patients with cancer teva is a blessing. Best products available, thank you.

So I have COPD and have to use a rescue inhaler with my other medications......Proair HFA is what I have been using for years....about a year ago it just stopped working......No albuterol inhalers on the market actually work.....So I called the company to ask them why their product does not work and this person walked me through some moronic steps to unclog the inhaler which is not clogged up at all works fine except their product is useless...does not even speed my heart up which ones that work will do.....so basically she is telling me to go and have my doctor give me something different.....Ventolin does not work either....no other options......treating a person like a moron is not good business

Terrible Service and a Website that is not fit for purpose. Spend ages trying to navigate their awful website, order items that are marked in stock only to receive an email stating that it is out of stock. Wouldn't be so bad if this was a one off, but in my experience it's the norm. Don't waste your time - they make great shoes and its a pity the service is so awful! Customer service are no help either.
