We partner with amazing producers and event organisers looking to ensure a full audience for special events, press nights or simply quieter performances. In return, our members are asked to be discreet about their free tickets and to provide feedback for the show or experience they attended. Generally I am very pleased to have an opportunity to attend to class events at cut down prices but there are a few areas that you can improve. When I had couldn’t book two consecutive but not overlapping shows I emailed you for help as suggested, I never got a reply to my email. Your so called Westend musicals are also not cheaper than usual, in fact Cabaret tickets were more expensive than the normal box office prices.

We are sorry your first experience with booking a show was not as it should have been. This particular show was a one off invitation to Blue Light cardholders only, for whom we offer free membership. This was stated on the listing.
As this was a one off, and as explained by the team, our system is not set up to exclude other members, hence the wording at the top of the listing stating for Blue Light Cardholders only. We wouldn't want you to book and then not be admitted to the show if you were not able to produce a blue light card for validation.
Your booking fee was refunded.
We apologise if you feel we hadn't made the exclusive offer clear enough on the listing and if we get any more exclusive offers in the future, we shall do our best to avoid such an incident occurring again.

Limited choice of theatre to see
Limited choice of theatre to see so far. Was on a waiting list for a sold out concert and was offered tickets but sadly too late to go. I used to be a member a few years ago and the listings were very different. More theatre - but maybe that is a sign of the times.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you feel that there is limited choice for theatre. We have a large choice of shows and events across a range of genres. The nature of seat filling is that shows are added relatively last minute, so if you keep a regular eye on the listings, I'm sure something will come up soon that you will want to see. I note you have only been a member for 4 days, so please do give us a little more time.
With regard to the waitlist, we always ask for more tickets if we have filled our allocation for a show/concert. As soon as we receive notification that we can have more tickets, we contact the waitlist. Again, sorry if this was not within enough time for you to be able to attend on this occasion.
With a little more time, I'm sure you'll find something you will want to see and hopefully then you will feel able to amend your review.

I have seen such a variety of shows in different venues across the London and beyond. Without the club I simply couldn’t afford to see so many shows. The team is excellent, always try to help and resolve issues. Thank you Audience Club to make it possible, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The Audience Club website allowed me to choose an event I really wanted to go to, made the booking and payment procedure quick and easy, and I was able to print the ticket immediately. I really enjoyed the event which I would not have otherwise have been able to attend and am grateful to the Audience Club for my membership.
