Fantastic mediation skills.
Sunny Virk was the mediator, and he was amazing. He immediately assessed the dynamics of the situation and conducted his mediation accordingly.

I recently instructed Barrister Andrew McKie to take on my case.Being cautious I sent key documents before the instructions, he emailed back he was capable to do it and sent me an offer. I paid him £1200 and he arranged 2 times calls but missed intentionally by sending me a short email which he said it was his advice that I had never asked for.I asked my refund per my instructions was still within cancellation period and obviously he intentionally dodged and ignored my instructions already.He refused my refund and further for more money for more instruction from me . Open your eyes before any instructions to this man. As your successful case would be ruined by someone intentionally advice.

Arlene Small is extremely knowledgeable in anything family law and practice. What I found more compelling though was her ability to put my clients at ease even in very difficult and complex situations.

A special mention must go out to her clerking and admin team, Megan Grainger in particular. They are polite, patient, articulate and always ready to go the extra mile even if that means working outside of normal working hours.

Sue advised on a disputed injury damages claim and the Advice was very thorough and gave client confidence to risk a Court assessment. Azeem Ali conducted the difficult and opposed hearing with tenacity and secured a favourable outcome.
