The contrast was terrible and resembled nothing of the original photos that I submitted, nor how the pre-purchased items appeared online.

We’re sorry the final prints appeared darker than you expected.
Before your order went into production, our team reviewed your images and contacted you to advise that we recommended image editing to optimise them for print. You declined this service and asked us to proceed with the original files without adjustment.
Its important to note images viewed on phones and computer monitors are displayed on illuminated, backlit screens and can therefore appear brighter than they will when reproduced as a physical print.
As this was a PRODirect order, the images were then printed from the supplied files without changes to brightness, contrast or shadow detail. We understand the difference between screen and print can sometimes be surprising, which is why our team raised the concern before production.
