Times flies before you know it and so does 20 yrs. of marriage, and in this case Castle Jewelry went beyond the call of duty insuring we were happy, my husband wanted to thank me for the 20 yrs. and my NEW WEDDING SET is so BEAUTIFUL, but kind of bittersweet my wedding band needed to be cut off, they will be fixing and returning in making sure its more comfortable than before...I don't trust many BUT CASTLES SOMERSET ROCKS!!! So since this is noted do acknowledge ALL STAFF with a bonus in their checks & Kudos letter for their files... I will continue to be using All of their services from now on, and speaking LOUDLY on CASTLES... TRUST you have mine...

Over the years, I have purchased a variety of jewelry from the Castle and have never been disappointed. Their quality and selection is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They work with you to find just the right piece. I have recommended the Castle to many business associates and personal friends who, in the past, thought they needed to buy their "finer pieces" of jewelry at some high end store to get better quality. They were all pleasantly surprised when they went to the Castle and have frequently returned. If you want to find high quality at great prices, go to the Castle. You'll love it!

My bracelet's clasp broke and I needed to get it repaired. After talking with the folks at the Castle (who are very nice, by the way), they told me that they could repair it for me. Expecting them to say that I can come back and pick it up in a week, I was stunned that they actually said I could get it the NEXT DAY! And sure enough, it was ready.

The staff was very professional and had great customer service, which you don't find a lot these days. I would totally recommend you to visit the Castle for all your jewelry needs!!!

I ordered two UK beads (one with "UK" and the other with a basketball) for my wife just before Christmas since UK is going tie take the national championship in basketball this year. Price was right, quality is great...my wife loved them. Shipping was laser quick, ordered one day had them on the 2 days later.

The only thing I wanted for Christmas was Kentucky Wildcats beads for my bracelet. The Castle had one I didn't have and it was on sale. I ordered close to Christmas not expecting to receive it until after the holiday. I was extremely pleased to have the package arrive 2 days after I ordered. I will be going back again on-line looking for UK items.

I bought a ring for my wife for christmas on line. Sight unseen. Called the Lexington store and they had it in stock. It was everything that was represented on line. I had previousley bought a necklace from overstock.com and had to send it back because the picture was magnified about 10 times to the actual size. No so with the Castle. What you see is what you get. Great store.

I found and purchased a beautiful waterfall diamond ring from Castle Jewelers and I could not be more pleased. The people and the quality of the merchandise was exceptional.

I have been a Castle customer for over ten years but always went into their stores in person and always received great service. Since I retired, though, I have enjoyed their excellent services via the internet and taking advantage of having my chosen items shipped right to my doorstep. They always mail out my order in a very timely fashion and send happy little notes of appreciation, which is a rarity and a nice neighborly touch. Their website works well and streamlines the shopping experience. So whether you go into their stores and meet their extremely nice staff or choose to order on line, I think you'll have a very satisfying experience. My thanks to The Castle and all their hardworking staff.

pictures on the website showed exactly what I was getting, product received exactly when I was told I would and requiring a signature was a bonus; I hate when my packages are just left by the front door for anyone to take as they walk by.

I used to live in Lexington and one thing I miss is all the jewelry you have in your locations. It seems that there is only a few things on the website and then all the high end products. I would like to see more of the mid range products on the website now that I don't live in the city to visit your locations anymore. Sadly i feel like i'm limited to what I can buy from you now that I can't see most of what you carry.
