I am so disappointed in this company ,I have been left in the dark about a few things and hate this once a month email that doesn't tell me much,lam still in the dark about how many lenders l am dealing with,this has been same old same old evert month and l am sick and tired not knowing anything ,l am very disappointed

I am slightly concerned over misrepresentation by various other companies. I requested all claims for various lenders be run by your company. I am still not convinced this to be the case. Although I have done my best to stop other companies from following the complaints procedure they appear to acknowledge emails for a request and nevertheless proceed to follow it through. Having been bombarded by so many companies requesting information for claims it has been unbelievably difficult to stop other companies from making continuous contact. Please can you assist in anyway possible?

This company has/is keeping me up dated with the progress they are making. There are a few other companies that keep phoning me but I just tell them no thank you, I have a company acting on my behalf.

I seem to get lots of email saying you’ve found other lenders I can claim against but nothing ever seems to move forward, I just get the same emails over and over again.

The Claims Guys have been keeping myself informed on a monthly basis by email very happy with the continued updates

The waiting has been very long drawn and exhaustive. I am pleased to see that the Claims Guys have been keeping me updated fairly frequently this gave me the confident to remain grounded with the firm and prevented me from being tempted to sign up with other competitive firms.

Trust worthy company, friendly and supportive all round very happy with them, I never have to ask for a update they do it every time there's something new to report i would recommend them. Date of experience still ongoing there great

I’m totally fed up being asked for the same information even though I have sent it over half a dozen times already yet keep getting asked, sign this, send proof of that etc. it’s getting beyond a joke and yet again, no outcome!
