Una de las dueñas de la marca (Cristina), me debe dinero por un reembolso de otra de sus marcas (SUNTHEBRAND). Se quedó los artículos, me bloqueó de Instagram y la única solución que he obtenido es a cambio de borrar esta reseña, pero solo lo haré cuando obtenga mi reembolso por el que llevo esperando demasiado tiempo.

No es mi intención perjudicar esta marca que tiene en conjunto con otra persona, pero honestamente yo no me fiaría de nada administrado por esta mujer.

Simplemente les recomiendo por precaución (la que yo no tuve), investigar la marca bien a fondo antes de realizar cualquier compra impulsiva aquí.

Ordered 2 duvet sets……they are misrepresented in the picture…..the pillow cases give the impression there is a dark frill along the top, but there’s not………the quality is poor…..to judge the quality I had to take one set out of the packaging……..I returned both sets paying £8.95 in return postage & they are only refunding for one set.
Very costly transaction…….don’t buy from them.Rubbish

Absolutely fraudulent product and shocking after-sales service. I bought 2 dresses advertised as embroidered linen. They are cheap unwearable, badly PRINTED not embroidered synthetic rubbish. After several emails, they put me off then offered a 10% discount coupon. I would never buy from them again. Why would I want 10% off?

Ropa de muy mala calidad no sé parece a las fotos... No hay manera de devolverles las prendas que no te gusten o sean de una talla equivocada

I ordered 2 tops. Neither is of great quality. One is sized wrong. Way too small. I ordered an XL and it's more like a medium. I contacted c.s. and told they don't accept returns due to sizing. They could only offer 10% toward a new purchase. I will never order from them again. I'm sorry I didn't look at the reviews prior.

This is the worst, most disreputable company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They sell cheap Chinese trash and charge more than it’s worth saying it’s 70% off. Then they don’t honor their published return policy. They should not be allowed to remain in business. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY LIE AND CHEAT YOU AND SELL GARBAGE.

It’s too bad I can’t give a -5 that’s minus five. The material was very cheap polyester, certainly not linen/cotton as advertised. I bought a blouse with large wood buttons showing. I received a cheap polyester see-thru shirt with shiny chrome like , brooch type with safety pins, pinned on shirt flopping around! On the front were three lines of numbers from 0-23. Followed by the line “Younique Way”with China underneath. Hilarious ! Seriously, who would consider wearing such ceap and ugly clothes????
There customer service is tricky too.

I picked one star because it's the lowest I could go. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I bought 4 items, all should have been cotton/linen except one denim dress. The first two items came and their own label said polyester/spandex! The quality was poor, it appeared cheaply made with loose strings showing and crooked hem lines. I've requested a full refund and asked them to cancel the other 2 items. I will give it a day for a response then dispute the charge with my credit card company so I can get my money back. I've screen shot their web page description of the items as being cotton and linen and taken pictures of their tags on the garments identifying the material as spandex and polyester so I know I'll win the dispute. Hopefully word will get out so others aren't scammed by this company.

Esta empresa es una estafa me vendieron una ropa que no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la web en las fotos de la web se veía como bordados y se veía una ropa de calidad de lino y lo que me enviaron fue una ropa de plástico con estampados y feísimos

Before purchasing my kimono robe and shirt, I checked the sizing chart since Chinese companies “undersize” clothes. Upon arrival, both were about two sizes too small. When I contacted the service email, I was informed I had to send photos of the clothes and that the internal review would take 4-6 days. After 8 days, I checked back. I was told the shipping cost back to China would be borne by the buyer so would I accept a 10% discount coupon for additional merchandise. Needless to say, I did not but I’d warn buyers to avoid this clothes vendor. Any company without an exchange policy is lacking and its location in China makes mail handling an expensive barrier.

Awful quality.
I am usually a large, I bought XL, they are still only for for a 12 year old.
The print is blurry. They are so thin, you couldn't even use them as dish cloths.
Don't be fooled into believing that this is a EU, UK, Spanish, or anything other that a cheap crap Chinese site.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I bought my girlfriend a Tower Linen dress and Ealing belt, and both the quality and sizing are perfect, exactly as described on the website. 100% reliable purchase. I will definitely buy again.
