The CPD Group Reviews

Love the ease of setting up a new course and the helpfulness of Rachel

The team were very supportive and guided us through the Accreditation process. It was easy to contact the team either by phone or through email with any questions.

Excellent service, very punctual.

Very professional and fantastic communication from start to finish. I have had three of my courses accredited through them and I must say the experience was made so easy from all the support and guidance you get throughout the Accreditation service. I would highly recommend them as they are very knowledgeable and always on hand if you need some advice. Many thanks Michele New Contours 4U, Brentwood Essex CM14 4BA

We used The CPD Accreditation Group as a means of making sure that all of our e-learning courses were up to a standard, to deliver comprehensive and informative content.

The customer service has been excellent throughout the process and I would definitely use this service again should we seek to add further courses to our e-learning platform.

I have found this lovely company so easy to work with and so excited for what the future holds.
Mick has been an absolute delight and helped me through every step! So excited to get all of our course cpd accredited

I have only just registered with CPDAG, but so far things the impression has been very good. The process is simple and quick, and CPDAG have communicated clearly and promptly at all stages. So far, so good!

From the first point of contact to getting my courses fully accredited, this company were so helpful. I had emailed quite a few company’s before & they were either rude or unhelpful. Highly recommend

There are lots of qualitative courses and training programs on the market, but unfortunately the long process of accreditation discouraged the providers to acreditate their courses. This was my case also, till now.
With the all support from CPD members, my dream just came through soonest that I was expected. I really recommend CPD, but more than that, I encourage the learning providers to start the accreditation process with CPD and improve their business .
Thank you, CPD for helping me.

The CPD Group offers very fast and comprehensive service. Their team is highly responsive when it comes to emails; they answer questions thoroughly and provide assistance when needed. From the beginning, we established great communication and rapport with The CPD Group team. I would recommend them to any other organization looking for CPD accreditation.

From the first time I contacted this company, their customer service has been amazing. They have answered all my questions with a quick response rate. I would definitely recommend them.

So, I found myself in a situation not too long ago where I wasn’t happy with the business I was working alongside. I did a lot of research into different accreditation companies, their benefits, prices and reputation.

Upon speaking to a friend of mine, I came to hear about The CPD Accreditation Group. After reading through their reviews and seeing it was free to register- I was a little bit (I have to admit) sceptical. It sounded a little too good to be true...

How very wrong I was!! ... Everything from the beginning was outstanding! Mick Judge and his team really are fantastic. The customer service is second to none, the turn around is brilliant, communication is prompt (every single time) and I was helped through everything, step by step, without the need for worrying.

I can’t express my thanks enough, for the hard work, dedication and true personalisation that’s shown from TCPDAG. It’s truly changed by business for the better and I look forward to having a long- lasting working relationship with this company.

Thank you, again, for making everything run seamlessly from start to present.

The Staff at CPD Accreditation have been fantastic, very professional and efficient! Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering taking the steps to becoming an accreditation centre. 5 STARS!!

The service we have received has been excellent. All communications have been in a timely manner and the processes have all been simple and efficient. We are really pleased.

As a new customer, I have received a warm and professional welcome. All my questions have been answered, with speed and clarity. I'm looking forward to a long and rewarding working relationship.

I can honestly say that Mick Judge goes well beyond the call of duty. The service and support Mick provided at TCPDAG are fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Excellent communication, guidance and fantastic accreditation group. Emails are usually responded to within an hour, this accreditation group is by far the best out there and offer fantastic value for money. Check them out for yourself, you won't be dissapointed.

From the start of the accreditation application process to now, I have found The CPD Accreditation Group to be both supportive and professional. I can see INSIGHT training & support working with The CPD Accreditation Group for many years to come.

If you are looking to get your business CPD activities professionally accredited, do not look any further than The CPD Accreditation Group.

I first became aware of this company at my previous employer who are heavily involved in the Online eLearning and Training sector. Although I was aware of what CPD was prior to working for the company having personally completed a number of courses that were CPD accredited, I never really gave a second thought to the bodies that actually accredited the courses. As far as I knew before then, there was only accreditation body who certified CPD courses. Boy was I wrong! It turned out to be a minefield and steep learning curve for me.

With my previous employer having so many courses available, it was proving very expensive for them to get all their courses accredited individually with their then current CPD accreditation body when I started, along with other unnecessary added stress of unexpected fees which were causing complications when trying to scale the business.

One of my initial tasks when I started, along with a couple of the already established employees was to research and look into other CPD accreditation options available by speaking to people at each of the CPD accrediting bodies, providing then with ‘what-if’ scenarios and requesting quotes based on what our then current needs were and any potential extra expenses that may occur.

Once comparing all the Accreditation bodies, the CPD Accreditation Group stood out by a clear mile! They immediately saved the company quite literally thousands of pounds in set-up costs and potentially hundreds of thousands based on the long-term financial projections of the business.

Their customer service was second to none and they were always at the end of the phone and very responsive to emails and chat functionality in comparison to their competitors, all that being pre-sales and without us having yet committed to them to be our CPD accrediting provider. Needless to say that it wasn’t long before they gained the long-term business commitment and the business hasn’t looked back since.

The team at CPD Accreditation Group are extremely helpful and in particular I have great respect for Mick who simplified the whole CPD accreditation process for me which I had completely no experience of working in prior to this. Not one of their competitors could match the service or price structure that they offer. They are completely unique in that they are the only CPD body who can offer a national CPD register which helped improved the efficiency of the business by reducing unnecessary previous manual tasks for us and also the clients.

I no longer work for the company who the CPD Accreditation Group provide for nor am I within the online eLearning and Training field anymore, however the service and ongoing support received from Mick and the team was so outstanding that I felt it warranted a unbiased review. If ever I was to work for within the eLearning or Training sector again, I would immediately advise them to change their provider to the CPD Accreditation Group as their accreditation body. It’s a no-brainer - good service at a fraction of the cost of their competitors. I highly recommend them.

Save yourself the time and stress when looking for a CPD provider and give the team at the CPD Accreditation Group a call. It will be the best decision that you will make for your business in both the short and long-term!
