The knobs weren’t the same as what was pictured on the website, which is a shame as they weren’t cheap and i spent ages finding ones i liked online. That said, the ones they sent are similar and good quality and i have used them, as i couldn’t be bothered to trawl the internet, and go through the whole process again. Customer service was good, and they offered to cover the cost of the return, so you get an extra star for that!

I bought four animal hooks which arrived promptly. Whilst the products themselves are great it was disappointing that they arrived with inadequate screws and no plugs for when you drill into the walls. The screws provided are too small and weak. I had to buy new screws with plugs for drilling into the wall which was fine but an unnecessary headache. Otherwise all good

We are upstyling a second hand kitchen for our new home and searched a long time before finding the foundry man. I liked the idea of a back plate but most other companies sold this separately with your produce I achieved the look of a back plate with only one cost per handle instead of two. We are delighted with the produce and the finished look it has created. Thank you excellent quality also
