I received my game pretty quickly, with the strikes going on I was expecting a longer wait! Unfortunately I did have a faulty game card, but the customer service was impeccable. I spoke to someone called Leigh, who was very helpful and kind, offering me a free return and full refund. I will be reordering from this company in future, because the service was amazing and a broken game card is not a reflection of them at all. Thanks for the help, you’ve got a customer for life now!

Good customer service from this company. I ordered but had a change of mind on the game I brought and although the game was going to be dispatched they still were happy to cancel the order and refund me. Will definitely use this company in future for my game needs just because of the great customer service.

Absolutly fuming I purchased a PS4 game for my grandson on the 16th , it is now the 21st and I have just recieved an email cancelling the order as it is no longer in stock !
" A refund has been issued and should reach your original payment method in 3-5 working days, although this can take up to 30 days to clear for credit/debit cards."
this is a shocking way to treat customers. I will NEVER deal this this shoddy firm again.

I bought a chess computer as this was the cheapest price and they had it in stock. Ordered Wednesday night and arrived 1st class RM on Saturday morning. Very professional comms throughout, good packing, very happy with the product.

I bought a fan cooling base from The Gamery for my PS5, after about six months the fans became extremely noisy so I emailed The Gamery to see if they could assist me. Within a short time I was emailed and asked to send a short phone video which I did. The next day I was told I could have a refund or replacement. I chose replacement and it arrived two days later. Five star customer service and a big shout out to Leigh who handled my enquiry. I will certainly use this company again and highly recommend them.

Was looking for some PS4 games, cheapest price was here so I took a punt. Admittedly did have an issue with payment (funds taken twice) but I think this was the payment system’s fault more so than the Gamery’s. Emailed customer service and got a fully detailed response in minutes, with great help from Leigh, which soothed my doubts, plus received the money back in under 2 hours so I can’t even dock it a star for that. Game arrived less than 2 days after ordering it, waiting on an update now! Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning here in the future!

Ordered a couple of games on Tuesday, and they arrived on Thursday. Decent prices, quick delivery, can't ask for more.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had amazing customer service from The Gamery. The item I bought arrived really quickly after purchase but then (and this is not the Gamerys fault) it broke so I emailed them. I had a super quick reply which was personalised to my message (not a copy and paste response) and I returned the product. I received a refund so quickly. Really lovely company and amazing service. Would use again.
