Goods ordered and paid for shame about the despatch department
Goods ordered and paid for.Easy transaction. The despatch department sent the parcel to the postcode - unfortunately omitted to add the name of the house. Courier tried three times to deliver but didn’t know which house. Luckily I found the house where he finally left it and walked the 500 yards with the goods to my house

Should any items arrive with our customers either damaged or faulty we request this is reported to us via email with details and images This allows us to fully review and offer assistance so we are able to provide the best resolution for our customers.
After reviewing your order I am unable to locate any correspondence and our warehouse has advised that these were returned so they completed an automatic refund. I have of course now refunded your postage and we are ever so sorry you have not received the items your order and we were unable on this occasion to provide you with the best aftercare.
We do hope you visit our site again in the future so we are able to exhibit a smoother and more satisfactory service for you.

Delivery of my tables was super quick
Delivery of my tables was super quick. I ordered on Monday eve late and received before 9am on the Wednesday. I had a slight issue with the item and emailed. I received a very prompt reply and a very reasonable solution. Had never heard of this company but wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Fantastic customer support
Great experience from Amy in customer service! I ordered without realising it was 7 working days to deliver and needed it for following weekend.
Messaged them on a Sunday, response Monday morning that they’d ensure dispatch and arrived Tuesday!! Added bonus product much cheaper than elsewhere and looks great :-)

I believe this is a scam account. Don't buy from them. Placed an order and they set up apple pay on my account. Which thankfully I don't have apple pay. No confirmation email and thankfully no debited account.

We offer Apple pay as one of our payment options for our customers however it is not possible for us to set up Apple pay as this is something only possible to enable yourself via your device and mobile banking.
