We moved into The Hub about six weeks ago after downsizing from our own building and renting a couple of offices here. The overwhelming feeling across the team has been: Why didn’t we do this sooner? We’re genuinely delighted with the move and just love our new office space.
Suzanne and Patrick made the entire transition seamless and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nothing was too much trouble - they even arranged an upgrade to the Wi-Fi speeds before we arrived to suit our business requirements. They’re also both lovely to deal with/laid back/great craic which helps massively!
The building itself is beautiful, bright and impeccably maintained. There are little touches that really set it apart: stylish co-working spaces and meeting rooms, great coffee, fruit and milk provided, thoughtful bathroom amenities, plenty of plants, and a fab rooftop garden for sunny days.
Moving from our own premises to a co-working environment has brought benefits we hadn’t fully appreciated beforehand. We’ve attended events, expanded our network, and found that being surrounded by other businesses creates a positive, motivated atmosphere. Being in the city centre is another huge plus. What stands out most, though, is the sense of community - you get the sense that people genuinely celebrate successes and support each other through the challenges that come with running a business.
Perhaps the biggest change has been the freedom that comes from having so much taken care of for you. Cleaning, Wi-Fi, compliance, utilities, heating and supplies are all handled, freeing up valuable time and headspace to focus on what we do best.
I’d wholeheartedly recommend The Hub to anyone considering office space in Newry. We viewed several options before making our decision, but this was the clear choice - not just because of the excellent facilities, but because it has real character and feels like a family. For any small business, the value of being surrounded by other people and businesses can’t be overstated.

I needed a workspace which I could use flexibly for my remote job and the Hub fit the bill. I have been a full time member for 3 months now and it's a friendly welcoming space with great support provided by Suzanne. The desk space is roomy and the communal areas always clean and tidy.

We at 2into3 have been working at The Hub Newry, renting three desks on the 1st floor, and it's been a fantastic experience. The space is modern, well-equipped, and perfect for getting work done, whether it's collaborating with our team or meeting with clients.

A big shoutout to Suzanne, who's been incredibly helpful from day one. The community here is brilliant—everyone is friendly, supportive, and great to work alongside.

The location is spot on—right in the centre of town and just a short walk from the bus station, which makes commuting super easy. Plus, having a professional and comfortable workspace has really helped with our consulting work, making meetings and day-to-day tasks run smoothly.

Worked in The Hub Newry for roughly about 6 months. Was a pleasure working alongside Suzanne! The office space is top of the range - all the necessary facilities, kept in a very good and clean state. The office is located very close to a free car park and is near the town centre, so have everything you need.

The environment enables me to thrive in my job during the period and would definitely recommend the hub Newry for anybody looking into renting an office space

Really a great place to share an office. High speed internet and genuinely nice people in the office space. I only left to go back working from home as I built my own house. Could not recommend highly enough.

When our company needed a new space with both a public reception area and private, secure offices, The Hub provided the perfect solution. Suzanne and Patrick have been wonderful, and extremely supportive.
The shared spaces are lovely, it's nice to be able to sit and have lunch or a chat with the other residents - it's a great community!
The building also feels very safe to work in with good security features in place.
We've been here since March 2023, and are really at home now.

Having lived in London for many years I decided to move back to Ireland during lockdown. Working for a UK company and living in the south came with its own set of tax issues. I found the hub in newry through an online search and have been here for the past year. I commute daily to newry from the south. Suzanne and her team have provided a safe, reliable and professional working environment with great facilities. I would absolutely recommend using the Hub for your office needs and in the current climate it is becoming more and more relevant as a service.

The Hub provided an excellent resource for me to use during a very difficult 18 month period throughout lockdowns and the breakdown of more traditional working environments. Having to adapt to new ways of working was made easy by Suzanne and team who have provided a safe, reliable and professional working environment for those seeking a balance between WFH or WFO. I would absolutely recommend using the HUB for your office needs and in the current climate it is becoming more and more relevant as a service.

Had a really positive experience at The Hub so far. I've been a number for almost a year and it has been great.

We recently moved to the area and wanted to get an understanding of the local area without being committed to long term leases like so many others demanded. We've got our own small, private office with access to a shared kitchen. The whole place is spotless (thanks to the weekly cleaner) and perfectly meets our needs.

The team are great, and really easy to work with!

In summary - great environment to work within - really easy and stress free. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Great facilities in the heart of Newry...The Hub has a great buzz around it but also a quiet space for meetings and interviews when we need it...lovely lunches and friendly staff.

Great experience at The Hub Newry

Our team had a fantastic experience at The Hub Newry - the team were extremely friendly and set us up with a great work space. We are a TV news team and were able to do an interview and edit at The Hub. It was perfect for our needs and reasonably priced.

The Hub at Margaret Street Newry is in a central location with easy access to an abundance of public car parking. The Hub is decorated to a high standard and is a comfortable setting with onsite cafe. Staff have always been very helpful.

We recently held a workshop in the brand spanking new cafe area of this workspace and it was such a great venue for our needs. The hospitality was fantastic from the owners and management, nothing was too much trouble. I managed to get a look at the other shared workspace areas and they are fantastic, so modern, clean and new. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for shared workspace or holding an event.

Great venue for networking event. Very relaxed atmosphere and beautiful office space. Central location. And the catering was excellent. Made to feel so welcome.
