We have been going to the insurance helpline for life & critical illness cover /renewals for the past 10years, and have always had an excellent service. Our advisor Natalie was knowledgable, very patient and just lovely to deal with. Highly recommend!

It was Kieran, our advisor that we were really impressed with. When we got the policy, we really didn't expect that we would ever have to make a claim, but my husband's health deteriorated and his doctor signed him off work. We were devastated, and didn't know what to do. I called Kieran and explained the situation and he assured us that he was covered for this, as we had critical illness cover. He helped us through one of the hardest time of our lives. It was hard enough dealing with the fact that he could no longer work, as well as the claim process. He was there every step of the way. I've never been that fortunate. Usually the advisor will arrange a policy and then you never hear from them again. Well all I can say is, if anyone out there is thinking of life insurance, I would recommend this company, but ask for Kieran to do your paperwork... you can then be rest assured that you'll be protected 109%. Thank you Kieran

I was contacted by Donna regarding my life & critical illness policy which I had for over 10 years.
Donna put me in touch with Natalie who was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, which thanks to Natalie was incredibly quick and painless. Natalie helped us choose a policy that would benefit us most and at the best price available.

I was contacted by Kieran in regards to my original policy which I had taken out several years ago. During our conversation I explained that I had been on the sick as my teenage son had recently had a brain haemorrhage. I was shocked to find out that he could be covered on my policy for a critical illness claim. Kieran dealt with the claim with sensitivity and compassion. He handled the whole process from start to finish, talking me through it in layman’s terms, the whole way. He put my mind at ease from the beginning. I genuinely don’t think I would have been able to proceed with the claim without Kieran’s constant support. We are forever grateful to him and still in shock at receiving a rather large cheque.
