Excellent Company
Looking for a Dell 4K monitor online and came across The IT Bay. Monitor price was very competitive and the company had great reviews so decided to purchase from them with next day UPS shipping. Monitor was exceptionally well packed and vey pleased with it.

We ordered a tv as a present for my daughter for Xmas, we didn’t get around to opening it until beginning of January and I ordered it in November because it was in the sale. When opened we discovered that the screen was cracked, contacted IT bay and it was literally sorted straight away. Hannah was absolutely brilliant who dealt with us, arranged collection for the broken one and replacement sent with in the week. The customer service is 1st class would definitely order again from them

Outstanding Service - Exceptional Value
My purchase (a computer monitor) was heavily discounted; a few questions I had about its spec. were very helpfully answered and the order I then placed online at 12:30 pm on Thursday was delivered at 8 am next day - it doesn't get any better than that.

Customer service excellent, thanks Hannah!
I placed an order a little while back for a high end Lenovo laptop for my younger brother. He has just graduated uni and wanted something to code on and start some freelance work.
The laptop i ordered unfortunately was dead on arrival. Would not boot or load up the operating system. Thankfully the laptop was covered with the warranty and lenovo engineer came out to me and told me there was an issue with the motherboard (not the fault of ITBay as it is a manufacturing issue).
I notified ITBay as soon as the engineer left and spoke with Hannah who was brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, approachable and above all else, knowledgeable. I was a bit miffed with the whole situation but she honestly made it painless and kept me informed about the collection of the faulty unit and checked once the new one had been delivered. I would like to pass on my thanks to Hannah and the team, you were all excellent.

Avoid dealing with the IT Bay like the plague
We ordered 1 tablet before making a larger order.
The 1 tablet showed 2 defects raised by our team. We returned the tablet in as new condition.
Trying to get a refund was like trying to get blood from a stone. Hannah was painful to deal with. She said their engineers couldn't reproduce the issues.
However, one of the bugs in the tablet was a known issue identified by the manufacturer of the tablet and instead of accepting that I had to escalate the issue to a Director and then was asked to provide proof from the manufacturer that the bug existed. Awful service and so inefficient for a low value return.
Eventually, after the refund was made, the full amount wasn't paid.
Would avoid dealing with the IT Bay like the plague. Clearly a declining company.

Ahead of your order, our presales team advised that we cannot provide demo units or guarantee compatibility with third-party equipment. We also informed you that if you chose to order the tablet for testing purposes, a restocking fee would apply should you return it purely on the basis of incompatibility. Nonetheless, we accepted your order, arranged for return collection at our cost, and thoroughly inspected the tablet upon its return. It was found to be fully functional, necessitating the restock fee, as per our Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to when placing the order.
After you raised concerns regarding a firmware issue that Lenovo acknowledged, we agreed to a full refund as a goodwill gesture. This refund was processed in two separate payments to cover both the product and delivery charges.
We appreciate feedback and will certainly consider your comments to improve further. However, we feel it’s important to clarify that all actions taken were aligned with the policies and information communicated to you from the outset.
Absolutely fantastic service
