A very stressful time with an unpaying tenant. Taking the matter to the Landlord Group helped me get my property back aided by Jordan Taylor. The whole eviction process was necessary as the tenant was extremely stubborn. I feel I have had a great weight lifted and rolled my sleeves up to repair my repossesed property which is starting to look good again. Big thanks Jordan and team.

We consulted with Marianne at the Landlord Group recently, as our tenants refused to move out after serving section 21. She was sooo incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional in all her dealings with us. She was very personable and took so much to explain the complexity of our situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other landlords with issues.

I just repossessed my London property with Landlord Group's help. Being a foreign owner, it was absolutely a nightmare with my tenant using my property for illegal subletting through various websites and not paying any rental to me. This went on for close to a year. Initially engaged a pretty well known legal firm to help but other than paying alot of fees for useless advice or worst contradicting advice between the solicitor and the barrister when it went to court, it was a complete nightmare. Through GOD's will, I chanced upon Landlord Group and decided to give it a try since it has a fixed fee system with very reasonable fees. I was very impressed with the Group as they know what they are doing, very efficient, very professional. My special thanks to Bethany and Christopher who helped me with my case. They helped end my nightmare with my repossession on 19 May 2026.

I have been through some difficult time with tenants that not only did not pay the rent but also was saying to neighbor's that the owned my property and they well planning to sell it. Julian and Elle helped me follow the process all the way until the bailiff date. They helped and advised me and they were very patient with all my questions. They are very professional and they will get the results you expect to get. I strongly recommend them. Make sure you have a solicitor like Julian and Elle and you don.t have to worry, just be patient with the process

Marianne was great. Very calm, professional and experienced. She gave very sensible advice at a time that is very stressful for a landlord.

I honestly cannot recommend the Landlord Group highly enough. They supported us through an extremely long, stressful and complex eviction process, and without their guidance and reassurance we simply would not have managed it.

I had a very positive experience with Landlord Group. Elle was always quick to respond to my emails and phoned me whenever needed. Our day in court didn’t go exactly as expected, but she was extremely helpful and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money by helping me reach an agreement with the tenant. In the end, the bailiffs attended and I successfully regained possession of the property.
