These people are scammers. Do not buy from them, they will send you garbage and then ignore you when you try to get your money back.

I purchased a 2500 watt electric tabletop griddle sold as a "110 volt" unit. 2500 watts draws OVER 20 amps, but the unit ships with a 15 amp power cord (12/3 SJT cable and NEMA 15P plug). This is not compliant with the National Electrical Code for sale or use in the U.S. The unit claims to bear an Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) certification for safety, which can only be a fraud or scam, as it is absolutely impossible that UL would approve such a thing. In its stock configuration, it is a blatant violation of electrical code which could potentially be the cause of an electrical fire resulting in property damage, injury or death.

I purchased a Violin from TheLAshop.c0m last year and when I received it, something was rattling inside. My son has a new music teacher who told him that the violin sound post was broken. We didn't think anything was wrong with the violin that arrived last year, until last week when they told my son, that it was broken and to get it fix. I contact TheLAshop's customer service department to see if they could assist me further, but I was told the item was out of warranty then tried to sell me another violin at a disconnected price. I decline! But looking at things further, the Rep stated that their violins were sent brand new but believed through USPS they may have broken it. When my husband examines things further, we discovered their violins were cheaply made and the piece of junk actually was built to fall apart. Whatever part that was loose in the violin when it was in their shop, they shipped it to my address that way, and with the movement, etc, it got looser, and eventually fall inside the violin. Now my son is out of an instrument that I purchased over $100 for.

I received an email stating that their merchant flagged my order as being somehow fraudulent. I order things regularly from literally all over the place, & have NEVER had this issue. Now they're asking for a pic of my ID, which still might not correct whatever issue they're saying they have. It just seems suspicious & I’m very skeptical. I think I may just cancel this order & find the product elsewhere.

I got to say I was really stoked when I received my package and even more excited when I opened it. Exactly what I wanted and it came quick even with the holidays but with them shipping with UPS it came days later. Thank you LA shop.

I purchased TheLAShop Electric Treadmill with Desk Workstation × 1. I assembled my new workstation and treadmill quickly to find that two small knobs that screw into the back of my desk legs were missing from my package. These are important because they adjust the height of my desk and will allow me to use my product as intended. I noticed the box arrived in damaged condition so I just made a safe assumption that the knobs somehow slipped through the holes of my box during transit. I chatted with customer support to issue replacement knobs. None available at the warehouse. I was asked to return the set in the original box and have it replaced. The original box has already been damaged (remember?) thus discarded. I was then told to supply a box myself and they’ll just take care of the label. Yeah sure, let me just go grab one of the 67in boxes from my storage closet that I totally have handy.

And to paint you a picture, the support team only responds between the wee hours of 2-3AM in the morning so this conversation continues for WEEKS. i spent so much time fooling around with them, repeating myself and getting nowhere, that I missed my 30 day mark for return, thanks to this team of customer disservice. To top it all off, this item is out of stock now on the website, so how long should I hold my breath believing there’s a replacement available for me?

So… I have a NEARLY assembled treadmill and desk setup that I have not been able to use for over 3 weeks now because of two small pieces that they cannot accommodate. At this point, I would fork over my arm, leg and a kidney to get my hands on these two small screws to just have this issue resolved already.

Oh another thing – the actual website IMMEDIATELY removes my review after posting. Hmm suspicious activity to me

I ordered the electric grill, I was a shipper and reciever for a fortune 500 company.
The grill was so well packaged it would hav survived being dropped on the moon!!!

Never delivered an important item for a major event. I ordered 10 days in advance from LA to ship to LA and they fuucked it all up and fuucked me up. UNRELIABLE!!!! DO NOT USE!

Shipping was fast but I only received one item from my order. I never was told my other items were out of stock. I have emailed them I’m waiting for a response. I would like my other products still but they should’ve told me if the were out of order hopefully my other things arrive. Or hopefully they shipped it the way they did bc of how small the one item I received was but if I don’t receive my other products there will be problems with this company.

Ordered an incubator from the shop. Realized it wasn’t what I needed and quickly tried to cancel my order. They don’t have a cancel or edit order button. I immediately contacted customer service. I emailed them and was stuck with a bot. They don’t answer their phone either. It took them DAYS to respond and by the time they did, my order had already shipped. I responded to their email and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I filed a dispute on PayPal and it took them several more days to respond. I sent the item back and haven’t received my promised refund. I have logged conversations and screenshots. I’m going to escalate this to a scam claim. Don’t trust this company

Horrible Customer service highway robbery...Definitely reporting to BBB

Ordered via Google Shopping platform, 6' x 250' weed barrier. Recieved 4' x 250' weed barrier. Filed return request and received response from The LAShop to send photos as proof of wrong item sent. Sent email w/ photos of wrong size product and was notified email was "undeliverable" due to mail box being full. I have tried calling their customer service no. which I found on the web and have not been able to speak with a live person after waiting 30 minutes on call. Have left voice messages regarding this issue and not received return phone call yet- it has been in 48 hrs.

At At least some people actually got their products. I was dumb enough to purchase the dumbbell set, ironically. Nothing but robots responding to my emails telling me is on the Way, but no postal company has any idea about it, or what the tracking number even means. Fake, fraudulent, Chinese, virus company. Do not buy

CONSUMERS BE WARNED: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This company offered a 3-day shipping option for $50. I chose this option when purchasing an item from them on 6/22. Then they said the item was “pre-order” only, meaning it was not in stock. I wrote the company and said that I still wanted to purchase the item, but that they needed to refund the expensive three day shipping cost which, again, was an option that they accepted money for on their site EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT WAS NOT IN STOCK. The item was not delivered until 7/6. Four emails with their slow and lazy customer service later, and they are REFUSING TO REFUND THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGE. What kind of company would refuse to do the honorable thing under these circumstances? All of this is documented and I will be leaving a negative review in search engine review sites, as well as reporting them to BBB.

My order arrived with an important part missing. Jamey in customer service said they would send me the missing piece if I could follow up in a few weeks once the part was back in stock. Needless to say, I have been following up for 6 weeks with not a single response. This company is not certified with the BBB and is evident that they are straight up stealing from people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a $285 dancing pole from thelashop.com and I received a small portion of the pole, and nothing else. I haven’t been able to get through to customer service and I’m livid about it.

Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Said item "shipped" for 10 whole days, then when I contacted them since ups still hadn't picked it up, it took another 5 days to get back to me and they said they never had the item in stock. Something off w their inventory and if I'd like a refund? Worst company ever!! Complete waste of time!!!
