Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order on a Thursday before 1pm and it was confirmed I had qualified for free next day delivery. This was the reason I ordered direct rather than with John Lewis for example. I waited in the whole of Friday and received no update. It is now Monday, I called at 9am and they advised there had been delays but that customers had been notified by email (I still haven’t received any such email). They confirmed the order was on its way but that tracking information wasn’t available but someone would be in touch by email to provide this once available. I was told this would be the same day. By 4pm no one had been in touch so I called again, tracking number provided. I came off the phone, tried the tracking number and it doesn’t work so I called back and they are now saying it’s an issue with Yodel and I need to try again in a few hours! Here we are on Monday evening with no sign of the delivery and no way of knowing when it will arrive. Absolutely shocking service and wish I had just stuck to John Lewis or Mamas & Papas. Avoid at all costs! My baby is due imminently and the staff I spoke to all give the impression they couldn’t care less.

Unfortunately the product we purchased wasn’t quite right for us (although evidently very well made) so we returned, however I would recommend Little Green Sheep for their amazing customer service! I dealt with two seperate advisors via online chat, both were incredibly helpful and their customer service skills were wonderful. Thankyou so much for making everything an easy experience for us :-)

The protective mattress sheet is perfect. it is beautifully made and doesn't feel like a waterproof sheet at all - no crinkling sound! I had one little query regarding my purchase which was resolved very quickly. I can not fault The Little Green Sheep company at all. Thank you.

I’ve recently had a slight problem with an order I placed (which is very rare as I’ve ordered numerous times from this company). I was back and forth emailing a “Ben Harvey” who was friendly, professional and resolved the issue straight away! This review is a just a thank you for that as normally when having a “complaint” so to speak, it’s a lot of back and forth, whereas Ben was very quick to respond and I had a replacement with me by this morning!

Ordered a custom made mattress to fit carrycot, which requests a template. I thought it would be best to send the foam mattress as it was exact size and lightweight to post, not knowing this wasn't an acceptable format. Had a few issues arise due to this with customer service team, but they worked with me to resolve this and overcome the issue. Subsequently they have updated the website to be clearer for future customers. I now have a beautiful handmade organic mattress for my prams carrycot, which without the templating service would not have been possible :) Ben saved the day by stepping in and providing excellent customer service after a rocky start!

I had an issue with my order which was processed through another company online. When i called customer services I spoke to Ben Harvey who was extremely helpful despite there being a terrible line. He took my details and emailed instructions on what I needed to do next. Following this I received the order the next day :)
He was very helpful and I am really happy with my order.

My mattress was delayed (lost perhaps) with the courier DPD. I emailed little green sheep and a nice lad called Ben Harvey helped me and sorted out another one within the day

Our granddaughter is super happy with her lovely, comfy new mattress and I’m really grateful for the great customer support and the fast, considerate delivery. We’re so happy there’s a shop where we can buy the best for our children and grandchildren over the years and will continue to recommend to others.

Absolutely furious with this mattress company! I've been stuck with the wrong mattress for two excruciating weeks, and their incompetence is beyond infuriating. They can't seem to resolve the issue, and I strongly advise against wasting your time and money with them. Very incompetent people works there non of them can sort anything!

Beautiful products and absolutely fantastic customer service and aftercare. Holly has very kindly and without question helped me with a slight issue I had. I wish all products were so well made and companies so dedicated to quality and customer care. Thank you Little Green Sheep and in particular Holly.

We ordered two single mattresses. They delivered the wrong size, and the service from that point was terrible - completely ignoring my requests to make the exchange easier and putting the onus on me and the delivery company to sort out.
