I visited the branch in Melton Mowbray after losing my husband. The staff were so helpful and courteous during the most difficult time of my life. I wish all the other companies I’ve had to deal with were just as good.

It’s great to go into the Melton and speak to advisors face to face in a private room. We have been investors for 60 years as well as having our mortgage with you. You have always been competitive on the high street. Always had great service in Grantham.

I had arranged to attend Melton Building Society to open an account for and with my brother who is a child.
The process has been confusing for me and a sensitive one after our mum passed away.
Charlie made this process so much easier to understand and manage.
She gave us the options of accounts available to us and allowed us to weigh up which accounts would suit us. She gave valued knowledge which assisted us in our choosing.
She has such a kind friendly nature which made you feel very welcome and valued as a customer.
After this experience I feel assured that my brothers money is in the best possible place and know that should we have any questions or queries in the future Charlie will be able to help us with information and answers to our questions.

I have been with the Melton Building Society a number of years and always found the staff at the Grantham branch particularly helpful. However, on this occasion I felt Rosemary went over and above her duties in helping me and deserves a special mention.

Very helpful staff guided me through bereavement process to advise on way forward in handling late father's accounts. Readily enabled access to father's funds to pay for his funeral. Thank you.

The Customer service has been second to non, Whenever you go in to the Grantham branch, everyone is happy to help and deal with any questions that are asked of them. I have had exceptional service from Rosemary and she has helped and guided me through my recent bereavement, with professionalism , care and empathy, she had so much knowledge and helped me to get my accounts all in order I can’t thank her enough.
