Over The Mutt Studio
Geschreven door het bedrijf
The Mutt Studio™ was founded by two animal lovers. Inspired by our passion for dogs and our mutual love for all things comfortable and cozy, we created this project on a whim, thinking we would figure it out along the way.
Little did we know our world would soon be filled with fur, dirty paws and slobbery kisses - and we truly wouldn't have it any other way!
As a brand, our purpose is to provide quality and luxurious products that make everyday life a whole lot better, for both you and your furry friend. We truly believe that the best things in life are the ones that make us feel warm, safe, and cared for, and we want pets everywhere to know exactly what that's like.
Our dream is to help YOU give your pets the beautiful life they deserve, and that's exactly what we're working our tails off trying to do, one day at a time.

I love their products but they don’t respond to emails
I love their products, but their customer support isn’t responsive. I’ve emailed them, DM’d them on instagram, and have left comments over a two month period (first email was april 10th) with no response. I was missing a perfume bar in my package, but received my shampoo and conditioner bar. The shampoo and conditioner bar does wonders for my dogs, but seeing how hard it is to get ahold of somebody is unprofessional.

Hi Payton
Hope you're well!
We were very surprised to read your review, as the products you mention — shampoo bars, conditioner bars, and perfume bars — are not products that we sell or have ever sold. As such, the order described in your review cannot have originated from our business.
We have also searched our records and have been unable to find any order, email correspondence, social media message, or customer enquiry matching your name.
As a small business, it is genuinely upsetting to receive a negative review describing products and customer service interactions that are not connected to our company. We work extremely hard to respond to every customer enquiry and to provide the highest level of service possible.
If you believe you have had an interaction with our business, please provide your order number, email address, or any other identifying information so that we can investigate immediately. However, based on the products referenced in your review and our records, we can confirm that the experience described did not occur with our company.
We wish you all the best and kindly ask that, if this review was posted in error, you consider removing it so that it does not misrepresent our business.
Sincerely,
The Mutt Studio
The Self-Cleaning Brush is wonderful!!
The Self-Cleaning Brush is wonderful!!! We love it for brushing our Coco (Calico with lots of long fur), especially the coated ends. Our previous brush did NOT have the coated ends, which makes a huge difference in giving her a good, deep brush without the discomfort--she would run away. Now, she loves getting brushed!! Also, I had it delivered to my office and it was delivered over the weekend. I contacted customer service since the building was closed and they re-delivered right away.

Princess Loves Her Bed & Brush!
My cat, Princess, absolutely loves her new bed! I love seeing her so happy & cozy when I come home each day. She doesn't even sleep in her old bed any more - who could blame her! She also loves her new brush - her coat feels so silky afterwards. Thank you for making such good quality products our fur babies love!

Just great service and product.
Great product but even better customer service from The Mutt Studio. My delivery was stolen enroute with the parcel company and The Mutt Studio were super helpful in replacing the parcel, great action to resolve a problem that was outside of their control and great communication. Very happy. The brushes are awesome too, now I have them. My difficult to brush long hair cat is letting me brush her (albeit briefly and only in agreed places) but her coat is improving each day.

It took awhile to get the brush
It took awhile to get the brush. I have tried it out on 2 of my cats. They both loved it. And one of the cats, my Persian, hated being combed. But he really liked the brush and his fur was very soft after brushing.

Best =^..^= brush EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
After seeing this advertised many times on Facebook, I decided to order one. I LOVE IT! It works great. My cats enjoy the brush and the amount of fur it gets from the undercoat is amazing. Then I just push the button and the fur comes right off!!!! I love this and wish I had order sooner. All my other brushes are going in the trash!
