Wish I’d read these reviews first!

Dress took over 3 weeks too arrive so after my xmas party event. I’ve tried to refund it and I’m not going responses over email. The last email they sent me was they can offer me a instore credit or I can keep the dress and they refund me 10%.

You can’t leave a review on their website. You cannot return anything easily and the shipping and delivery takes weeks!

DO NOT BUY FROM NOVA24.

Waiting over a month for an item keep being told it’s on its way, tracking numbers given don’t work. No help with a refund. Stupidly I should have checked the reviews!

Do not buy from them! Their UK address and phone number are bogus and they don't respond to requests for returns - it's been 2 months and I've still not been given a way to return them and get a refund. The quality of the dresses is bad!! STAY AWAY!

they do not care! They are fake, all horrible material all cheap and see through nothing like ads shown and all other reviews are fake.
Had to pay out of pocket to return and this has been ongoing for 2 months! Have tried contacting at least 20 times. Even on day of arrival I contacted!
3 dresses $215 Australian dollars down the drain. Had to contact the bank to try and make contact and they’re even having issues?! They don’t give a flying hoo ha about you they want your money!

47 dollars to return to them, it’s been 2 weeks since the shipment arrived and they haven’t responded to a singular attempt of contacting.
This company is a complete scam and all the packaging is cheap cling wrap

The clothes that arrive are cheap attempted replicas of the ones pictured on the website. Completely dishonest and unethical business. Refused to refund the order; impossible to return. Their customer service didn't even reply to my email until I had filed a chargeback with my bank, and even then it was an insulting offer to pay out of pocket for the return. Don't buy from this company. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my money back.

Scam! I’ve been asking for a refund for the past 2 months and it hasn’t happened!

UPDATE 29-07. After c20 emails chasing I’ve finally been refunded. There is hope.

Terrible customer service. Do not use.
They currently have my money and the returned item and have gone quiet. Emails sent with ‘manager’ in subject line to try and get some attention. Dealing with Emily but now being ignored. Dress cost £50+ and return cost £20 to New York. So £70 down and no correspondence from them. Amounts to stealing and duping customers in. Would welcome some correspondence and have asked them to call me because no tel number provided.

I bought two items in their summer sale. Unfortunately one of the dresses didn't fit me, however they replied to my email within a few days and offered to exchange the item. Thank you for your customer service!

I ordered the Olivia for a friends summer evening event. I loved how it hugged my figure and it looked just like the pictures.

Awful! The quality of the dress I ordered was so poor, it was nothing like it was advertised online. Furthermore their ‘easy returns’ policy is completely false. I had to email them over 3 times to request a return address. Each time they took 3 working days to reply and would only off 20% refund. I said I wanted a full refund and they stated they didn’t cover return shipping costs so I ended up having to pay £20 just to send the dress back!! And by the looks of the other reviews I won’t even get my refund.

Terrible customer service and company , I sent back my faulty item 2 months ago in April and I am still waiting for a refund. They are currently ignoring my emails so they can avoid giving me my money back for faulty items.

I bought a dress for my wife for her Birthday and it took 10 days to arrive. The customer service were helpful with meant I at least knew it was going to arrive in time for her Birthday.

The item took 14 days to arrive. Once arrived the dress was really poor quality. For a £50 dress I was expecting to receive a high quality material.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress and it came not as I expected. It was awful quality and a completely different colour and style to what was on the website. I emailed to request a refund (and it is stated on their refund policy that they will offer full refunds for any item that is not as expected) and it took so long to a) get them to accept the refund because they kept offering me an exchange and or 20% refund and b) get them to send the form I needed to print off and include in my return package as the customer service person didn’t attach it in the first place. I eventually was able to return it and was told that I had to send it to the US address (even though they have a UK address) and they would not pay for shipping. I had to pay over £25 to ship it back because they said it HAD to be tracked so that I could send them the number. Which is almost as much as the dress but honestly I just wanted it gone. It’s been about three weeks since I sent the return and at least two weeks since it was delivered and I have not only received no response but also no refund. I see they have recently put phone numbers up on their website. I will be trying to ring and if I don’t get anywhere I will try to dispute the charges with my bank. This is truly awful customer service and an absolute SCAM.

HUGE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Clothes are nothing like the images shown. They refuse to give you a full refund and only offer 20%. They waste your time and take ages to reply so you go over the 30- day return policy. It's absolutely disgusting and the site needs to be reported and shut down.

I'm giving 4 stars because shipping took about a week longer than expected. This meant that I didn't get my dress in time for my university reunion. I was really happy with how the dress looked on me though and so I decided to keep it for another event.

I thought I had returned my dress too late, however the customer service staff were so lovely in reassuring me. Once I shared proof of my tracking they were then able to assist me with a full refund.

I honestly cannot wait to take this dress on holiday with me! It has such a unique design. There was an issue with the dress being out of stock initially but I was glad that the NOVA team were able to secure my size within 7 days.

I was so happy with the dress - it's such great value for money and with it being a timeless design I can see myself wearing it many times. The delivery took longer than expected, however it arrived just in time for my event.
