I have been a loyal TPOB user for quite sometime however the current absurd ordeal I am encountering is unlike anything I have ever come across in this industry let alone in my lifetime. After searching through the reviews I can see the consistent repetition of awful customer service and money making activities that this company continues to use and continue to dispute saying that they look to resolve all issues. Their most recent Instagram add proceeded straight to a checkout which my phone then auto filled through shop and completed. I emailed the business instantly to which they responded within minutes to state 'No cancellations even in extenuating circumstances '. I then realised they also charge a restocking fee which is again nothing like I have ever experienced with any other company. Complete money making exercise especially after receiving a response 15 minutes after the 'order was placed' . I am now in a situation where Yodel have delivered said parcel to a neighbour even though I was indoors on the day to receive the parcel. I have visited said neighbour who state they were not in and did not receive the parcel. TPOB's response is that the neighbours name is Dave and to look at the picture to find the house. I live on a new build estate to which every house is quite literally a replica of the one next to it. Of course this business is succeeding if this is how it is run. I can see I am not the only one . I am in need of a blade for one of my current clippers but will be placing no further orders with this company.

Clippers are good. Service is aweful. They have me 2x 1.5 guards so had no 2 guard. Been going back and fourth with them there team over email. Not a single apology for there mispack. Took them 2 weeks to send me a 2 guard and never kept me updated on what was going on. Had to constantly email just to find out what was going on. This cost me time and money because I binned my old guards.

I've recently became a qualified barber. One of the other students on my course has been cutting hair for a while and recommended TPOB to me and said once I bought the TPOB plays, I'd want to buy them all and he wasn't wrong! The TPOB plays make cutting hair so much easier and smoother. I love the fact you can change all 3 colours and they're so lightweight, quiet, and most importantly, affordable. I've had loads of compliments, especially from senior barbers who have stuck with the same brand forever, they're also amazed at the style, quietness and affordability. Will definitely be purchasing more TPOB clippers when I start earning money from barbering!

I have been a barber for going on 27 years. I’ve been through so many clippers , so many blades. And by far TPOB play has been the best clipper I’ve picked up. I don’t touch my gamma, stylecraft ,jrl anymore . Along with the TPOB play blade this is the only clipper I need in my arsenal. I don’t know why so many people are hating on them , the clippers are built to last and perform above expectation. Can’t wait for the TPOP play blade to drop. I’m definitely picking up a few of those along with a new trimmer.. definitely recommend give them a try. You won’t be sorry.💯

I've just received my second pair of clippers from this company and I am extremely impressed. The first pair were good but the new ones so far are top notch in every way. They cut well,are very quiet and run time is awesome. Definitely give this brand a try.

Don't know why people are in their feelings on tpob (person) about how he conducts himself as you can see it's a gimmick, this is my first Clipper and let me just say, best Clipper I've had in my hands bar none, you got to give it to him and see past his way of getting attention, dude is smart and the hardware he provides has his name on it and, that alone says enough. Can't wait for the next product. Im thankful someone cares about the person behind the chair in the quality that he brings. My you be blessed G.

The worst customer service the guy is proper rude sent him a simple inbox enquiry and he was really arrogant I would avoid as if you have a problem with your order he won’t be friendly or helpful

I bought the set in January and within the space of 2wks I had to message them. The worse clippers I’ve ever used. Sent emails and videos to try and resolve the matter and just got fobbed off with that’s how they are. The charge on them don’t last enough and they are always getting clogged up which shouldn’t really do. Honestly Don’t waste your money.

Not much to say really …..I’ve tried various cordless clippers in the past …..all with lacklustre results.
They just never feel good in the hand and they just never felt they were up to the job.
These clippers are the biz …a good weight and feel great in the hand…….cutting ability is second to none - this is what I originally wanted when I cut with the cord.
Overall so far …a fantastic piece of kit.

I’ve been a barber for 7 years and used a lot of products on the market from various companies. I’ve been using TPOB exclusively for the last year now and have tried pretty much every one of their clippers and the PLAY is the best clipper there is compared to any other company and even from TPOBs product line.

The power of the motor, the run time, size, weight, ergonomics. Everything about it has been well thought out and designed and I would recommend this for anyone. I’ve got 2!

Order the troll blackout bundle, firstly the clipper, unreal, the click lever is great and makes fading much easier, it’s a great size and fits well in hand. Looks wise it’s cool as. The trimmer is definitely the sharp at I’ve ever used so help prepare for the foil shaver when doing skin fades or great for line work on longer cuts. The mini skull shaver is boss too for getting them little hard spots smooth. The packaging is amazing, the clippers come in foam layout so they’re safe during moving wether they be delivery or if your going to a clients home and need to put them in a bag. And as for the price, well that’s a joke especially when you add the fact I got a £70 discount code!! After 10 years of being a barber and mainly using Wahl or Babyliss I can’t believe i’ve only just made the switch, and honestly tpob will be the only ones I use from now on.

From high-end to low end this clipper beats everything out right now and to be released.. It’s that good! I love all my TPOB tools. Can’t wait for the trimmer.

The TPOB plays are by far the best clipper I ever used. I honestly didn't think they would be able to top the XO's but they absolutely did! Lightweight, powerful and the Quietest clipper i've ever used. And fits beautifully in my hand and will with most unless you have abnormal size giant hands lol I recommend the play to everyone amazing clipper

Made with care. You can tell it’s quality. Cuts like a hot knife through butter for an adjustable clipper. Was what I was looking for. Ideal for tapers and fades daily.
