Please please please avoid this company.

Their customer service and returns is shocking!

I ordered the wrong item as a gift, when I realised I contacted within a couple of hours on a non-working day (Sunday).

Mac responds and refuses to assist. I asked 4 times if he could contact his dispatch team.

At 1pm I received a dispatch email and I have looked at the tracking and yodel received this at 3pm.

There was plenty of time to pull the order but they simply refused to gain additional funds.

Just to add TPOB - Mac has now ingo ored all emails.

Please stick to whal I know they may be a bit more money but the quality and service is better!

Best and sharpest trimmers I’ve ever had!! Putting to shame to any other brand!

I have bought a lot of TPOB clippers, trimmers, gowns, foils and scissors over the last few years. The equipment is solid, the customer service is excellent and the branding and look of everything is class!
It’s only a matter of time until TPOB completely takes over the game. I’m excited to buy more TPOB equipment

I’ve been a loyal customer of TPOB for some time now and only recently had an issue with an order. Unfortunately, the blades were delivered to the wrong address by the courier. However, thanks to the assistance of Kristen, we were able to swiftly and courteously resolve the issue.

Got the Candy X clipper and I have no complaints what so ever. Got to me within a week of purchase and have been loving it in the shop. Clipper feels very high quality very balanced in weight. Overall a great clipper and have no problems with any of the tools I have purchased from TPOB.

XO trimmer review

Great purchase. They hit like fire out of the box. 0 Problems this far. Great for all hair types and the battery is long lasting.

I have had multiple items from this company and all have been excellent. The goblin trimmers and clippers, the Machete clipper, the Troll trimmers and clippers and the x trimmers and x clippers in candy pink.

They are all so impressive, but recently the x candy clippers have really cemented the brand for me as being the best out there. These clippers are near on silent, allowing me to have decent conversations in a busy barbershop. I have ADHD and audio processing issues and it helps massively. Also, they slice through hair with no snags and are effortless to blend with. The weight is great too, very premium feeling in metal housing and a solid feel. Even the guards are very very good. Also, who else out there is doing a clipper that does all that, looks cool and is under £120?! Literally what more can you want?

Love this brand and couldn’t recommend enough, both to experienced barbers and those starting out. 5/5 every day of the week.

Just got the XO clipper, and X trimmer….it ruined using any other clipper for me….the power, fading, and bulk removal are absolutely next level with the XO….every time u pass through hair it sounds like your chomping on a bag of Doritos….super crispy 100% recommend these to beginners, and veterans….hands down best clipper I ever used in my life!

TPOB HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL EVERY TIME I GOT TWO PAIRS OF XO TRIMMERS, ONE SKULL SHAVER, ONE X TRIMMER, ONE MINI SKULL, and ONE TPOB BARBER MAT. NEVER HAD ONE ISSUE WITH TPOB AND IM FROM THE USA IN CHICAGO!

Been using tpob equipment for some years now with the most recent purchase being the XO clippers. These are by far the best clippers on the market after trying multiple companys like gamma etc and just being disappointed with the cheap over priced rubbish they sell i can happily say tpob will be the only brand ill be using from now on!!

XO clipper is the best clipper I’ve ever used! Can’t recommend enough!

I recently purchased a XO slime green clipper from TPOB and couldn’t be happier with it it’s super quiet so powerful feels and looks premium quality is unmatched from the packaging down to the battery. Not only are you getting a clipper that is superior to its competitors but it’s a fraction of the price and he hands out generous discounts on a daily basis, speaking of which I went and copped me a troll blackout bundle with skull foil shaver not long after due to such discounts and again i couldn’t be happier with the products. The blackout bundle cost me £99.99 for 3 products that have premium packing come with guards and charging stands if I purchased 3 charging stands alone with other companies it would cost me more than the whole bundle with TPOB. Also I thought I had a fault with my clipper charging I contacted customer service they were very quick to reply and very friendly they explained what they thought the issue may be linked me to a video on how to fix it, it was simple and straight forward they were also correct and solved any issues I had. All in all quality company doing right by barbers deserves nothing but praise for his products and the only place that will get my custom from now on.

I copped the XO Blackout Trimmer and the thing kills. I dropped my “other brand” trimmer and the thing stopped working and I refused to buy a new one. The shipping was crazy fast considering I’m in the US. Don’t listen to these fraudulent reviews loaded with bs. TPOB is legit and the product speaks for itself. I’ve found my new brand.

I have been a barber for 18 years decided to change up from the standard Wahl clippers and try out the x clipper

Honesty review 5 stars isn’t enough amazing solid smooth crisp clipper the x has been absolutely spot on feels great in tbe hand can not recommend them enough

Bought the black out troll bundle, delivery time was super quick, the packaging is catchy and they perform higher than the price tag, would highly recommend.

Purchased Phantom Clippers from the TPOB website a few weeks ago. Shipping was quick from UK to US. They feel great in hand and look cool with the interchangeable components to add some color. They compare to Ergos, but are at a way better price point. Runs smooth and quiet and have been a consistent addition to my rotation of tools. Second TPOB purchase and look forward to the next one.

I recently bought an x trimmer, I loved the price it was 110 and good the graphite blade caused no irritation on my clients skin where as when I was training with the sc they're so expensive for no reason they're not that good for price and value
