High carriage charge for single items but delivery on time, on the right side of nominal dimensions and well packed. It is also good to deal with real people by email.

To provide some context, the actual courier cost for your item was £18.28 + VAT, (which doesn't include packing materials used). We strive to keep carriage costs as fair as possible, often only charging a contribution towards the actual cost. Wherever feasible, we refund the difference if our charge exceeds the actual cost.
