Therapy Shoes Reviews

Though I wasnt able to get the pair i oredered but was been given a gift card instead n even got money refunded so its a great gesture of customer service. Thank you

Absolutely love these shoes. So comfortable, exactly what I was looking for

Love my purchase. The shoes fit me perfectly and is super comfy

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and stylish. Shipping was really quick and they fit me perfectly.

Really happy with these, true to size (however would not recommend for wide feet).

Still yet to receive this order. No updates on the shipping for almost a month, when I contacted the supplier to chase it up they suggested I contact the courier myself. Understandably, there have been delays due to Covid, but disappointing there was no attempt made to assist in locating the package.

Love my new shoes!! Always comfortable and a great fit. This is not my first order from Therapy, and it won’t be the last!

Fast postage and beautiful shoes very happy 😊

These shoes run small with the sizing . I am a size 10 usually and the size 10 in the slides are too small . I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and a few days later got an email to say I had be refunded because they were now unavailable . Very disappointing

Firstly I loved the amazing customer service + there shoes are amazing.

Now Therapy Shoes are my go to destination for new shoes!

I love the variety and colours they have!

The shoes were gorgeous but the fit was way too loose, had to return them :(

Cute shoes very trendy wish they would be more comfy especially kitten heels, feel like it would be slipping off when walking or going to events

Great shoes!! Thanks

No issues with customer service or delivery just wasn’t a huge fan of the quality/appearance of the shoes.

Love these shoes! So pretty and so comfortable. Comfiest pair of heels I own and they go with so many different fits. Love them!

Amazing quality and looks! They do a run a bit large though, so I would suggest sizing down.

My order was confirmed and “shipped” then days later was cancelled and refunded without explanation?

Have not been impressed. Firstly I purchased a pair of hoes which broke after the first wear. I emailed and got given a store credit so I thought I would give them another chance, I bought another pair almost a month ago and even received an email saying they had been shipped to then receive an email that said they had been refunded with no explanation.

The shoes are great and beautifully made but a size 10 is definetly not a true size 10. These run small imo and I’m gonna have to try some hacks to make them fit because I really do like them 😢

Great service and efficient service on returns
Thank you
