I purchased from this company for the first time, choosing Histoires de Parfums’ Tubereuse 3. Really lovely experience from the customer service agents who responded to my query on a Sunday, to the handwritten greeting with my order, and the complimentary samples. Will definitely shop with Scent City again.

I’ve ordered from Scent City several times and the service has always been great. They carry a few brands that are hard to find in the UK and always include samples of your choice with your order. Their point system is a nice feature as well.

I can not begin to tell you how livid I am about my experience with this company. I live on the East Coast in the US. I was searching for a fragrance unavailable here. I was giddy when I found it here. Although, I was hesitant to order internationally, I went ahead. A week later, order status was “unfulfilled”. I called and was told it would go out that day. No change on website. I sent an email in which they lied and said the status update was sent and must be in spam folder (it was not) but nonetheless it was 3-5 days until my receipt. They provided no tracking, no updates!

Ironically, I ordered from an Italian company at the same time—it arrived only 10 days from initial order! Do Not Order from this company, scam artists.

A few weeks ago I ordered a set of Bois samples, these came beautifully gift wrapped.
They were for a special birthday, the idea being that the recipient would choose the fragrance she wanted from them.
When she did, I ordered it from Scent City , it came the next day with three beautiful samples which my son loved!
My friend was delighted with her present and I was delighted with the service, choice and quality.

I am very pleased with my purchase had some samples as well and if was such a personal touch as they put a card in there to thank me which is always special

I wanted to try out Eight & Bob Egypt and when I received the perfume. It came with extra samples/suggestions with a handwritten description of the extra scents. They smelt amazing and were great pairings with my original order.

Great fragrance store with quite a varied choice of the more niche brands out there. Your order is always well packed, albeit a little slow to dispatch. However, once your order is sent, it's with you by the next day. Additional samples are offered and are, in general, the ones you request at the checkout.

Amazing experience - dispatch was a bit slow, but once the package arrived, everything was so carefully prepared and the package even included a handwritten note with some suggestions. So pleased I already placed a second order!
